Langford Rae kept in good contact throughout the process and chased up a lot along the way. There was always someone available to answer the phone and they always followed up with a call back where necessary. The colleagues who work there are friendly so you can have a general chat with them too!

We were really pleased with the service, first from James who showed us round and then from Jill who was brilliant at keeping the purchas moving. Jill provided regular updates and any questions we had in a calm and patient manner despite being so busy with the demand at that time. From the first meeting, after getting lost to find the property and the estate agent calmly waiting for us and guiding us, only for phone to run of battery and eventually finding the place, and he still there waiting for us turning up 30 minutes late, answering all our questions, the first impression was fantastic.
