I was super pleased with the product…

I was super pleased with the product from this company. the Light was exactly as pictured and extremely easy to install. It came with all the necessary hardware, and one thing I loved was the globe on it was so lightweight. My husband and I were shocked, we didn't realize it was so lightweight until we picked it up.

Full transparency the shipping did take longer than what I am use to in the age of free next day delivery shipping; however, their customer service was stellar, I sent them a message regarding my package and I received a response the very next day with a very detailed response about the logistics of my package delivery, and received my package within the next few days.

From Bad to Great

I can’t lie, my experience started off bad - received one light smashed and the other fine.
Was really disappointed as communication was initially poor…after a few emails to and from we got back on track - and true to there word the replacement was delivered fine within 10 days. The quality of the product is great. Overall they turned my experience around for which I’m grateful

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend their products.Very easy to install if you have basic electrical experience. Wife likes the uniqueness of the design. Good light output.

Beautiful light fixture

I recently purchased pendant light from Lampsmodern, I love these lights. They are simple but really beautiful and timeless. The metal is very nice looking and the glsss globe is very nice. Nothing too flimsy.

Not a legit company

I ordered 5 lamps that say they were delivered at the same time, but I only received two on two separate days. I have different tracking numbers on my confirmation email and on the website. On the website, it says the 3 missing lamps have still not been picked up for delivery, and it has been a month. I had emailed and paid extra for expedited shipping, and they were responsive then, but not now. Please contact me regarding my request to cancel the remainder of my order, order LPUS5545.

1 of 2 lights finally turned up today…

Finally received the final light, after taking it out of the flimsy box it is cracked and broken, the first light had the ceiling piece missing so is unusable. The website makes out that it is a UK company but IT ISN'T it is from CHINA so please be mindful of this.

**I would like a full refund for both lights as they are unusable**

1 of 2 lights finally turned up today and it had the main part missing that link it to the ceiling, second box no where to be seen, have sent an email but no reply. I have now read all the reviews and fear that the second box is unlikely to turn up but to return the faulty light is going to cost an absolute fortune. I don't have money to throw away, this took a lot of time to choose these items I now feel like I have been scammed. Really very unhappy.

Love it

Very impressive light. Looks super clean and stylish, can work in most rooms and it's very bright even in the warm colour that I selected. It looks great and I'm really impressed with it.

Lovely

Scam!

I ordered a lamp back in November it’s now February. The tracking number initially given to me didn’t work. Then my attempts to reach their customer support email were undeliverable. Finally someone said i would be receiving in a few days because it was at the port in Long Beach and that was over a month ago. Such a scam. I’ll be reporting this to my bank. I want a full refund for order #LPUS4752

Ships from China

Ships from China. Shipping took over a month. Horrible customer service. Quality terrible. Glass had chips and bubbles. No response to concerns. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

Hugely disappointing

I ordered 2 lights from this company, both took around 3 weeks to arrive. Quality is poor, decided to keep one and send the other back. Received a return address, China, a surprise at the time as returns were supposed to be easy and like many I thought I was dealing with a UK company.
It cost me £46 to return, to receive a partial refund. I now have been charged a further £56 as the parcel didn't clear the customs in China and the customs decided to return the parcel to me. Be pleased you don't receive a return address as its probably cheaper.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement!

I ordered two ceiling lights and have…

I ordered two ceiling lights and have made contact with this company several times to establish delivery date. The Royal Mail code I was given for tracking comes up as non existent on Royal Mail tracking website. This website is evidently a scam. I have contacted my bank in an effort to follow up on this. Do not order from this site.

Additionally, due to air freight size limitations, most of the items have been shipped in separate packages, with each parcel containing one light. As a result, the deliveries may not arrive at the same time.

Terrible terrible quality products

Terrible terrible quality products. What is not made clear on website is that everything is shipped over from China despite having .co.uk in the website. They are a chinese company based in china hiding under a uk website. Customer service is existent and I am in the process of receiving a full refund for my items but only after threatening to call the bank and report them for fraud. Just avoid at all costs.

Scam

Scam. They sent us a fake lamp and then pretended to give us a refund when we reported it fraud to our credit card company. Then they told us our credit card company was withholding the funds. Then we passed the period where our card could refund us because of this. Avoid at all costs. We've been fighting them since October.

Edited to reply to Lamps Modern: oh yeah? Because our bank said that your suggestion to wait a few months until the matter was closed is EXACTLY why we couldn't get our money back. Because you were putting us off until the matter was closed. There are ways to refund people their money for a faulty broken product (our lamp arrived broken). Find a way to do that. Here is our order number LPUS4130

Find a way to refund us for your fake, broken product, and I'll take down this review. Otherwise, everyone will know that this is part of your scam. It's been since October and we haven't seen a cent. And by the way, we still have your broken lamp in our garage.

Avoid avoid in china and dangerous product

Brought a light from here over £80. The email address is .Co.ukbut guess what it's in China took 3 weeks to arrive, all in a box in parts you have to wire it together and put it all together yourself. The LED and the strip bits cut out and put under awful cheap plastic cover that moves so can't be replaced.you need an electrician for this. The company don't answer you when you say you want a return. Cheap Chinese rubbish don't be fooled like many others were

Returns nightmare.

I wished to return the items and after several emails and an increase in refund, now 40%, I have received an address in China to return the items to.
Having purchased the lights from what I believed to be a UK company and expected to be able to return them to a UK address should there be a problem. I'm less than impressed and will be more careful when making purchases online.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Never did get a return address and, just as I thought, my return deadline has passed. Despite giving them my e-mail address and order number each 6 times I never received the address needed to return my items. This is maddening to say the least. How do these businesses get away with this??
