The product was terrible quality and was shipped from china. I do not trust the electrics. It was very unclear that it was coming from china. The no quibble refund amount is confusing. I want to return the item and obtain a refund but they are saying I now have to return to china at my expense! Avoid.

I made an order for 4 lights, which were very expensive - for some reason they charge for a 'worry free purchase' which means you will get a refund should items arrive damaged. This should be the standard anyway, but given how much I paid for them, I figured paying extra was worth it.
My items were shipped in different packages so 2 arrived fine and undamaged. The remaining 2 are completely broken, glass shattered etc.
I've tried using their chat bot on their website. It tells you they're connecting you with someone, but no one ever connects.
I've sent three emails since to chase up my refund/replacement and have had no response which is completely unacceptable.
I will continue to chase until this is resolved but to save you peace of mind, I would avoid this company until they start to do right by their customers.

I've sent three emails asking about my replacement/refund and no response. I write a review on here and they replied within a day.
I find it odd that you say 'We’ve carefully checked our system but have not been able to locate any of your previous emails regarding this issue.' When in fact, I did get a reply the first time I raised this problem. The reply was received on 20th July. So I find it bizarre that you have 'carefully checked' your system and found absolutely no email regarding my issue when I have a paper trail.
Furthermore, there is no way for me to send/attach a screenshot on here, so how exactly am I meant to provide this (again)? I've sent you screenshots via email on several occasions.
I wait to hear from you.
UPDATE:
They replied confirming they will be sending a replacement however two items have been damaged, not one. They have not confirmed that they will be sending and replacing two lights. Of course as usual, I've emailed them to ask and no response yet so chased yet again.
They also did not provide any tracking number so I cannot see if or when this will be delivered and track the status. This is ridiculous. If you are going to replace, please ensure they are well wrapped so nothing arrives broken and give me a tracking number.
I will chase this up again if no response.
UPDATE:
I've now had a response that the two replacement lights will be sent. I've literally no idea when to expect this (I asked for a tracking number to make sure I can be home) but I've not got anything yet which is disappointing. I've also asked them to make super sure the items are well packaged so that the same thing doesn't happen again and find them damaged. Will wait and see and update my review once again.
UPDATE
They've continued assuring me the replacement items are now shipped and on the way. I was told by yesterday there would be a tracking number(s) they would provide so I can make sure to be home. Still no communication. This is so poor customer service. I'm tired of chasing for something that I have paid a hefty amount of money for. I will be following up if nothing happens or they arrive damaged once again.
FINAL UPDATE:
Both replacement lights were delivered. One was undamaged, the other, two of the glasses were broken. Thankfully, there were some spares in the box so I was able to replace them myself. It's such a shame this whole process was stressful and arduous because they look beautiful when fixed but there were so many issues it eclipsed the whole experience. I will however, despite all that, say thank you to whomever gave me communication in the end. I am appreciative.

Appalling customer service. Took ages to arrive as clearly shipped from China. Arrived in dreadful condition. Numerous requests to cancel or return the item were dodged with offers of discounts. Now they want to charge me shipping to return an item that arrived in a seriously damaged box, but still haven't given me return instructions. Waste of time and money. Avoid them at all costs.

Really dissatisfied with the level of service. Been trying to get in touch with them for a delivery date but still no luck. Tried their live chat which is a waste of time. I needed them lights for next week. After reading the reviews, I wish I didnt order them as it probably wont come in time. Really angry and upset at the moment as I have spent £180

I ordered 3 lamps from LampsModern however after a couple weeks I received only 1 lamp from China. I raised a complaint over email and was told that the other 2 are on their way. A few weeks later I received the 2 lamps however they were not the same ones I ordered. I raised another complaint on email and was told to send photos of what I received.
After doing all of that I was told they will send me out another 2 replacement lights. a few more weeks later I receive only 1 light... open the package to find a broken lamp. So I emailed them back again with photos of the broken light and asked why I only received one when I should be getting 2? they said they will rectify it.
Since its been another 2 weeks and still nothing, they replied back to me saying that there has been a delay in customs? I've finally given up and requested a refund which they said they will do... and guess what? Another week later and still no refund.
So I called them to find out whats going on and when I pushed for an update all of a sudden I get an email from PayPal with my refund is being processed.
It feels like the company is run by a couple of inexperienced people who can't keep on top of their orders. The website shows nice products however it's all coming directly from China not from the UK. You may as well just order from Ali Express. 3 months wasted chasing 3 basic lamps.

The customer service is great, they stay on top of everything. Also the quality was very good. I purchased twice from them and was very satisfied both times. They are also affordable and in this day and age, who doesn't love that.
Will be purchasing from them again.

BE CAREFUL. Firstly, CHINA website NOT UK as the names suggests and NOTHING is stocked in the UK. No assembly instructions come with the lights, so you have to email them. When I sent photos showing light was faulty they offered me discount if I repurposed, and when I refused to accept, they upped the discount - this happened four times. Eventually they told me to show photos of light being disposed off in order to get refund - thankfully and finally after too much hassle they have processed refund. Find a UK distributor, the lights looks great, but how can you mass produce a light where the holes are too small to accept connectors, that are all prewired!! Shame, a little more quality control and the products would be worth it.

I am disappointed as I I received my order today and I am 1 light short . I should have read the reviews before ordering. The lights are not cheap and we are 1 light short.
The item is shipped from China.

Can't say I'm that impressed with the ceiling light I bought. As previous comments say it came in many pieces that had to be put together and there were pieces missing. I couldn't be bothered sending it all the way back to China. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Love the soft, ambient light this wall lamp gives my hallway. The quality feels solid, especially for the price. The screws included were a bit too short for our wall, but once replaced, everything worked great. Will definitely order again.

I received my chosen light in good time and great packaging, packaged well. The light shade is beautiful. I can’t wait to set it up. They have many lovely options. It was hard to choose.

WARNING DO NOT BUY. the lights I bought came in parts in a small box that you had to assemble yourself without any instructions. To send these back, they had to be sent to china, no uk base apparently. How these are allowed to be sold in UK, is beyond me.
