Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, very reasonably priced (was expecting way higher so pleasantly surprised) always kept informed of time and dates when someone would visit. Engineer clean, polite, helpful and efficient. Apart from new boiler in place of old one couldn’t tell they’d been, left the place spotless. Highly recommended.

The company staff are extremely reliable and the service completed professionally. Both the admin and engineer were accomodating to my elderly parent. They are a trustworthy company and I will be recommending and using them again.

I had two radiators that needed removing from the central heating system. I didn't feel confident doing the job myself so was looking for a plumber. After having booked with two other guys who never turned up on the day agreed, I found Lacey Plumbing. From the start they proved to be great at communicating (via phone calls, email and text). The lady I spoke to, Rebecca, managed to fit my job in at the last minute, so I didn't have to wait for a long time. The engineer turned up on time on the day we agreed. He was very polite, worked fast and cleaned up after himself. I confirmed the booking and paid via a secure web page, it was very easy. No messing around with cash in hand etc... All in all, they are a very reliable company, well worth the money spent on this job. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We have used this company for some years now and are very happy with the service provided. It is easy to communicate with them and the same technician comes to service our boiler every year.

Three radiators replaced. Two checked.

Danny arrived at the agreed time and explained carefully and throughly the work he was set to complete. He worked diligently and showed me the work completed after each radiator was replaced. He then checked and restored two existing radiators to full working order and fitted a vent to the boiler.

Danny was friendly and professional and left the property in a clean and tidy manner.

I’ve been using Lacey’s for years now, wouldn’t go to anyone else. Previously they have fitted a new boiler and rads, fixed my shower, serviced boiler and this week put a new tap in kitchen. Very happy looks great! As always, excellent friendly skilled service from whole team.

Easy to arrange visit, engineer arrived on time on the 15th September 2023, very pleasant and professional, no mess left after visit and he explained what he was doing as he went along.
This was our 5th annual service visit and every one has been completed to the same standard. Highly recommended.
