I have used Lacey's previously so when my boiler developed a leak I had no hesitation in contacting them again. They are always helpful and go out of their way to try and accommodate your needs.

Lacey`s service the boiler annually. They are efficient and friendly, and do a smashing job. Lacey`s get in touch when the service is due and I know that `Every little thing`s going to be alright`.

The company responded rapidly and efficiently to what was, for us, an emergency situation (sudden water leak which could have caused very serious damage to our property). The young engineer who repaired the leak (Louie?) was very impressive - polite, efficient and very helpful. The company continues to supply an efficient follow-up service.

Absolutely brilliant. I've been having some issues with my boiler and looked for a Which? recommended plumber. Lacey Plumbing & Heating had good reviews, and are Which? recommended so I gave them a call. From the outset I felt they were a professional and courteous firm so made a booking. Baz arrived today to carry out the repair work, and I threw some questions at him looking for some advice on a few other things - he was super knowledgable, very friendly and a total asset to the company. He completed the job in good time and gave me a lot of additional advice. Will be using Lacey Plumbing again when I need anything else doing. First class service from start to finish, and not ridiculously priced either. Very happy customer!

Had a dripping leak on the shower unit and water seepage into dining room. Everyone at Lacey’s were courteous and timely. From reporting the problem to resolution was speedy. Same day response to examine the problem, and problem rectified in a few days once required items for the shower unit were sourced. Regrouting carried out to rectify seepage problem. Very friendly engineer.

We had our first boiler service done by Danny. We were very happy with the service he provided. He gave the boiler a full clean and inspection and gave us good advice about what would be recommended at the next service. Danny was professional and left everything clean and tidy. We plan to take out a service plan with Lacey's.

This is my second annual boiler service by Lacey Plumbing and I'm thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency and at a reasonable price too . I am happy to review them and intend to continue using them.

I have been using Laceys since they fitted my boiler and radiators in 2020. What an amazing team. The owner Mike is so lovely and came to my house to check on what was needed when I was doing my extension, Barry the boiler engineer is one of the nicest work men I have come across during the rebuild of my house and really is an expert in his field. And the girls in the office who I have spoke to when booking Barry in are very professional and always get back to me with answers to my questions. I would highly recomend Lacey Plumbing .

I have used Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd for the last few jobs I have had undertaken. I also use them to service the boiler.
From the ladies in the office to the guys who come out, they are a very friendly, polite, professional outfit and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Coincidentally my next door neighbour used them to completely rip out his heating system and install new and he was just as enthusiastic about their service too.

We found Lacey Plumbing in 2017 when we moved house and they installed a whole new central heating system. We've been using them ever since for various plumbing jobs and improvements, and they're always so friendly, professional and prompt, and nothing is too much trouble.
