Kugans sold us rubbish stuff
After placing a large order I was contacted to say items not available so was given smaller quantities instead. Two boxes of tamarind had been opened and resealed. The tamarind instead was clearly old, dry and out of date. Absolutely shoddy. We binned them and would never buy from this shop again! NOT RECOMMENDED

I am not happy about delivery my cans 20 of 15 cans damaged I received after many times email they replaced 12 and sent me wrong item they said we can refund you but didn’t two times i online order but not happy.

Only received 10 out of 12 and no communication from seller, then only replied to me after sending 7 emails and they only replied then because I had put a claim in with my bank to get my money back

One star because I can't give no stars
One star because I can't give no stars! Ordered a single item in bulk (worth around £20) about two and half weeks ago. Received an email a couple of days later saying that I had been refunded around £3 so I assumed the couldn't fulfill the full order. The rest of the products never arrived. Have now emailed the company four times asking about this and all have been ignored! Terrible service! Its order #16977 on the off chance anyone from Kugans reads this and wants to do something about it.

Even 1 star is little too much for kurgans. I have had really bad experience every single time I ordered. Big liers and loosers. I have given up on these people. Please be very careful and vigilant if you are ordering anything online.
