I ordered some very important herbs and ingredients after Christmas for New Year party . Somehow there was an anomaly with my billing address and delivery as I was away from home . My order was cancelled more than once . I got in touch to say how important it was and they made sure it arrived in time dispite the very diifficult time of year . All exceptional.

I have ordered one week ago through…
I have ordered one week ago through online but still have not received my parcel. (I got a message as refused items but no one called me or approached me ).
They have not answered properly my call and they asked me to call back after 1 hours instead of answering me.
Also online chat is not working properly (I got reply after one hour).

As mentioned in your review we never told you that you refused the items. The delivery was done by third party delivery service (DPD). They tried to deliver the parcel and they marked as recipient refused the parcel. When we get to know this one of our team member reached you and talked with DPD to redelivers it. But, as your parcel contained perishable items DPD disposed it and asked you to reach us. When you reach us it was our non-working days (Christmas & New year) but one of our team member always got in touch with you and agreed to place a new replacement order and created one for you. The replacement order number was #12664. After coming back from the holiday our team have arranged the dispatch of the order and the delivery was done on (05/01/2023). In kugans our customer satisfaction is our prime concern. In order to satisfy you with our product and services we did all the possible things from our end.
