Don't order from these guys if you want your stuff to come brand new because they're obviously not.

it would have been a good experience but i did not recieve item on day that i paid for and actually it was 10 days later they did refund the next day delivery charge but the long wait to actually recieve the item was too long

Unreliable
Pre-Order nope not at all. Got the item 11 days after release day. Was shipped and then recalled as I moved the delivery day by 2 days and still didn’t arrive on the day I requested. I will never use Konsole Kings again. I would rather use Amazon. I order this controller as I’ve never got any exclusive products and I regret every second of it.

Slow dispatch, not advised I needed to pay extra to have the game on the early release day, which should be obvious since I purchased the gold edition with 3 days early access, Charginf extra for that postage on top of the game cost is a bit much.
Plus the customer service is incredibly slow to respond

Let you place an order then once you’ve paid they say it’s out off stock and that your due a refund the next day after ordering. They haven’t refunded or said how long it will take for it. How hard is it to know what you’ve got to sell and inform a customer when they’ll be refunded?

Don't pre-order with these guys, there's a good chance your order will be cancelled close to release if they can't find the stock to fill it. They refunded me, at least.
useless, whats the point of preordering if youre going to ship it out late. wont be ordering from you again. at least bigger companies send stuff on time.
Update after the rude reply:
Not only was there no option of a "next day delivery" but shipping something that's been preordered out for next day delivery is the bare minimum for most other companies. Again, sub par.

Bought a Grey Nintendo Switch from them in October 2022 for my sons birthday. When we opened it the box was full of cellotape where the sides had been taped together, the box was also damaged and the switch was clearly second hand with ware on the controls etc. We complained and the seller blamed the staff for sending out the wrong one.Yeah OK google the address and you'll see its a house on a normal street in Plymouth.
A replacement came 3 weeks later after I had to chase them. The replacement had a European plug and a finger print on the screen? The second Switch was returned and we haven't had a refund as of the 24th of December.
Paypal case opened and the seller is blaming me for the cellotape and damage on the first box for some reason, even though they had received and replaced the first item and no mention of this before??? Apparently I have to pay for the return of the second switch because their returns only works once? Once we'd sent a second switch back to the return address we received an email telling me to send the second switch to an address in London? The original address is Plymouth, by this time it was to late the parcel had already been sent. The sellers still isn't refunding me as they want the recipe for the return. They have offed to refund, just refund the original £259.99 as soon as you receive the item back??? I thought Id use these guys instead of bigger company's but that burnt me on the ass. Now the website is down and emails are bouncing back. Clearly setup to scams people before Christmas.

had our Nintendo switch collected repaired and sent back within a week. Works perfectly. good communication about pickup and delivery. overall impressed.
Scam website! I paid £99.99 for the Pokemon Dual Pack and the seller cancelled my order without providing me with a refund! I messaged the company and was told that I had to wait. After more than 3 weeks of waiting, I ended up opening a PayPal case to get my refund.
*Update* Seller has flagged my review to try and get my comment removed. Buyers beware!

Please stop accusing me of being untruthful; this is not a positive view to put across to your potential customers. You know full well that you stopped replying to my messages and left me without a refund. The public comment on your Facebook Black Friday post, which you ignored, is enough evidence for anyone to see. When you stopped replying to me, I had to reach out to PayPal. My reviews have not been contradictory.
I have recently found out that there is another page called Konsole Kingz. They have made a post on their social media about this company! I really wish I had done my research before buying.

Posted quickly by seller, but Evri took EIGHT DAYS to deliver it!! Please consider using a different courier service - EVRI ARE USELESS!
