I ordered a MC alt nearly 14 days (two weeks) ago, I still have received no updates and have emailed the support email multiple times with no response. I have also asked for a refund which has not been responded to. Really disappointed since this place came highly recommended, they seem to have fallen off big time

2-24 hrs it says and its been 24 hours and still haven't gotten my account or a response to my emails about it. 200$ for the account and no response is insane. Will edit in future if I end up receiving my account will keep you guys updated

Ok so I bought a minecart account with the cherry blossom cape and paid 51£. It's said instant delivery but when I bought it it said to wait 2-24 hours it's been more than 24 hours and still no account and same messeg.Horrbile don't use.

UPDATE: So after them emailing me and telling me they would sort it out and replace or refund me they have gone mia again. ahaha Dont trust this website.

I bought a life-time guranteed account, but it wasn't lifetime! when i migrated it into xbox/microsoft
I lost access to the account and when tried recovering microsoft detected it as a spam account and deleted the account

I bought a 2k hours CS2 (back then it was CSGO) Account and used it as my main steam account.
The booster (or original owner, im not sure anymore) decided to get back the account one day, leaving me with no account. I contacted altsrip about this, they said they couldnt do anything. Still a 2/5 because quick delivery and i was very satisfied, but this ultimately pulled me away from altsrip to go to other, more trusted sellers which do not grab back the account. (i also had skins worth around 80-100 bucks on the account)

Bought a account a year ago, now i cant login in to the account anymore and the email and password arent in the ''purchased accounts'' anymore. Also got no reply at the help desk

Scam website never received account. Stuck in the preparing phase even though order says complete. No replies to emails or messages. Trustpilot STOP removing reviews for this website people need protecting from scammers.

Although they left for a while, they have regained my trust in just a few exchanges of mails, all thanks to them and it’s head manager who was kind enough to help me with my order! Good platform!

i love alts.rip... everyday i do my daily check of the website to see the wonderful selection of games and seeing the beautiful triangle shaped a brings a tear to my face just from how beautiful the logo is and how the site is designed, the staff are the sweetest and kindest people to ever walk this earth. when i have a baby im gonna name him alts.rip. if theers 100 alts.rip fans, im one ofthem; 50 fans, im one of them, 1 fan its me and if theres no alts.rip fans im dead

Original Experience was bad, I paid 100 euro and never recieved my account. No responses to tickets or emails and I thought after 2 months of no response, I should give up and admit I was scammed out my money. I was annoyed as I had used the site in the past and it was great. To see it like that with no response just made me annoyed at myself for not stopping to check other reviews or feedback for current state of affairs.
However,
This week they have reached out and explained the reasoning behind the issues and the staffing problems they had. They have now completed my order which is great result after previously admitting my loss and not expecting to see my account or 100 euros ever again. They also gave me 2 free accounts too which was a lovely gesture as an apology for the issues they caused.

Overall now, Happy with the service and happy to finally have my account + the extras, after 3 months but definitely feel like the other side could have been very bad if they never returned any messages. I'm also happy to see normal payment methods return to the site too instead of having to go via paysafecard or cs2/data items as it gives a bit more belief that the service paid for will be rendered given that the paysafecards cannot chargeback or mark a fault like you can with a credit card.

bought a Minecraft account for almost 200$. Account did not get delivered, and support does not answer. Its been 12 days already and the website says "Instant Delivery". This site is a joke. Don't buy.

I bought a 3 Character Minecraft Account almost one week ago. I’ve since been waiting for my account details even though it says they will be delivered in 2-24 hours. I bought 2 accounts from them before which were delivered instantly so I don’t know why they are taking so long now. It’s very annoying considering I payed 150 euros for the account. At the moment I do NOT recommend buying accounts from this website, since they don’t deliver your account or answer in support even tho they are online, at least that’s what it says. I thought they were a legit company, but this just proves that they build up trust and then use it to scam you.

The YouTube Premium account only lasted a few months despite being a year, now receiving no responses.

Terrible, no reaction, no delivery after month of waiting. No response from support.

I was promised to receive my account within 24 hours and I haven’t received any updates on the account at all after almost 2 days. Support also does not answer at all. I have bought from this site 5 years ago but it seems that the site isn’t what it used to be. Many recent reviews have reported the same issues and I would advise everyone to follow them. I’ll update if anything happens but it seems unlikely.

Edit: Today got an email saying they are overwhelmed with orders currently and my account should be delivered tomorrow 14th of december. I’ll update again tomorrow if the account is delivered.

Edit 2: It’s the 16th of december now and I’m still yet to receive any more updates or the account.

Edit 3: 21st of December and my account finally got delivered. I was informed that they have put a stop to new sales because they have been so overwhelmed. Everyone who has already ordered an account will receive them although a lot later than what was expected but don’t worry.
