Don't preorder with this company
Preordered an item a few months in advance only to be cancelled on the day of release. Unlikely to be able to find a replacement source now. Clearly they take orders without having any clue of stock they'll receive. I was refunded at least. Still I'll never use them again.

Cancelled order with no explanation
Pre ordered god of war controller about a month before release had the order cancelled today with no explanation just a refund. Won’t use again.

I ordered an Xbox series X. I was very impressed with the service. I was honestly a little nervous to order, as I'm not too confident with ordering online, but I am very happy to say everything was perfect.
