FINALLY OUT - BUT IT JUST GETS WORSE
Awful performance for 11 months. And that dreadful hidden 'priority data' that forces crawling speed on most of us a few days into each month.
So I finally cancelled the contract and hear this - THEY DO NOT TAKE THE GREAT BIG DISH DOWN. Yep - I now have to pay for someone to remove the dish and dispose of it myself.
We now have fast (60Mbps), stable broadband using 4G from Airband. £30 per month not £70 and REAL unlimited data ALL THE TIME.
AVOID CONNECT WHATEVER YOU DO

Fine if it's your only option.
Purchased a Konnect package through Rural Wifi and was told the monthly cap was 600GB and the speeds wouldn't be limited by more than 30% after that point(which I was happy with), so I went through with the purchase, After having the package for almost 9 months now it is awful
Speeds are rarely consistent, the cap is 120GB a month and I go from having 65Mb/s to 3Mb/s download IF I'M LUCKY because half the time I can't even connect to the internet after the cap has been reached.
Customer service is the highlight of this company, connection was down for almost a week and they helped me through each step to get it back up and running which is the only reason I have given it 2 stars
Customer Portal website is a mess, the ticket system is all over the place and rarely works resulting in you needing to call them or email them directly
If you have no other options and all you do is watch Netflix and do some basic internet searching then go for it but keep in mind Netflix at 1080p resolution uses 1.5GB an hour, 4K resolution uses 7.2GB an hour so you will burn through that "cap" very quickly and especially if you live with other people that use the internet often.

This company commits fraud
After calling Konnect telling them my limit was always used after 3 days considering i had their (top package for 4k streaming) and that the internet was extremely slow, i was informed i was miss sold the package. After refusing to pay them as i did not sign any paperwork at all and did not wish to pay a company for lack of service. They decided after 4 months to take my card details and charge me without knowledge or consent 92.16 euro.
They tried to take it as a direct debit considering they never had my bank details in the beginning and i always would have to call to pay by card. My bank also confirmed they did not have a direct debit. The company they used was Adyen payment, that is also found to scam people and is a card payment processing company they do not deal with direct debits. Straight away they got caught out when i emailed adyen to see who took the money from my account. Without a signature or consent this company will have a very hard time from my lawyer tomorrow. DO NOT touch this company. Go with starlink instead.

Fatal.Fatal.Fatal. Y la conexión lentísima con facturas de 43,80 o 39,90 sin sentido. Después de 3 meses sin internet ( con toda la pérdida de tiempo que eso conlleva llamando todos los días) me dicen que me van a compensar. Mentira. Vuelvo a llamar 2 meses más tarde para cambiarme de tarifa. Mentira. Las facturas cada vez más grandes y si tengo que hacer videollamada por reunión no lo aguanta. Qué lástima.

Beyond words (and not in a good way)
Update to review left on 11th Jan....
We Konnect left message on 12th inviting me to contact them so they could arrange a representative to contact me - I did so on the 13th and have had no response.
To recap on this latest occasion problems with signal from 1st Jan to 5th then no service from 6th. The engineer attended my property pm 20th Jan (as the earliest apt avail) for a total of over 3 hours to attempt to fix my broadband trying three new modems, totally new cable from dish to modem; a replaceable bit on the dish itself - all configurations of above with same outcome, signal came through then was blocked / error message. As We Konnect service is my only connectivity the engineer tirelessly drove to area with mobile reception to speak to We Konnect and download ap's needed to try and detect issues.... Can only be an account issue given all equipment checked individually and collectively and was told by We Konnect nothing more he could do and they would try to sort remotely.... within 2 hours had internet.
Called We Konnect customer services today and they are saying not account issue it was the new modem that resolved my issue (albeit when took call I asked what notes were on system and response was that engineer was attending so unsure how this translates to knowing the modem that the engineer himself said made no difference had now been the savior). We are now in debate over their comment that they will calculate how many days not to charge me for service to which I suggested three weeks actual time without service would be derisory compensation for the shear hell they have put me through.... again I await a response requesting a call back before the end of the working day.... lets see.
Uneducated guess is further issues with the modem not updating so when further updates come through it fails altogether as it did last year and or accounts issues. I would pay annually in advance if it would mean I didn't have this stress so its not customer arrears issues I can promise you
Role on Starlink in my area so i can leave WE KONNECT!
Big thank you to Sat Works who tried their best to get me reconnected - these guys do not deserve any back lash from the appalling service from We Konnect

AVOID AVOID!!Scandalous service. Got installed Monday 17th Jan 22. All seemed great with an allowance of 60gb pm. By Wednesday night data was all used according to the company.. which is total crap, I have an app on my phone that monitors each apps usage for Internet and what that shows me is nothing in comparison to what konnect are claiming I have used. Bare in mind on the Tuesday, no one used or had anything connected to the broadband until Tuesday evening bar the tp link extender and the same on the Wednesday. All in all I called them today to cancel the service and to remove the equipment but if I want some to remove the god awful satellite dish I have to pay €199 just to do that.. also might I add I have had eir mobile broadband for the past two or three years with 30gb monthly allowance and I have never ever went over it...

Better than nothing - only just!
I am disappointed with this service. Before signing up, I was told that the satellite latency shouldn't be a problem with Zoom, FaceTime, wifi calling, etc. That is not the case. The delay with all these services makes them pretty unusable. In addition, reception with BBC iPlayer is pretty poor with constant buffering. I have a landline connection which gives me about 1.5Mbps download speed and that performs better than Konnect for all these services.
As well as the latency issue, there is often a problem making contact with web pages and services such as Apple Store. I often have to try several times before a connection is made.
I recently experienced problems with my internet cutting out a regular intervals and needing to reboot the router to get it back. After raising a support ticket, I eventually (after 3 weeks) had a call from Konnect to tell me that I should expect these drops in service once I have used up my monthly 20 GB allowance! ("All our packages come with unlimited usage.") This was certainly not explained when I signed up.
Others have mentioned Konnect's inability to set up direct debit payments. I have been receiving apologies for this 'temporary' problem for the last 6 months.
All in all a disappointing service.
I see that I have now had the standard reply from Konnect to unfavourable reviews. I will contact Konnect support as requested, but I don't see how they will be able to address the issues I have raised - Improve connectivity, improve performance with FaceTime, Zoom, wifi calling, iPlayer, stop dropouts once my data limit has been exceeded, sort out the direct debit system?
Konnect support confirm that I can expect total loss of connection at times when I have exceeded my data limit. They do not mention this when signing up, only that speed will be throttled at busy times.

Silence is golden... For KONNECT
This company doesn't answer the tickets on the customer portal, doesn't answer social media and forget the phone. Put the price up with out notice, service is very intermittent and somehow my data is magically using itself, we have had to rely on mobile broadband due to unreliable connection. 🤷🏼♂️

I signed up to a 2 year contract I have been rip right off £60 per month.
Now out of it signed up to Virgin for very very fast broadband and TV for the same price. Please don't get conned like me.

Konnect KON. Vile / Disgraceful / outrageous / abhorrent service
You'll notice that all the positive reviews are before anyone has had the actual experience. Simply "their call center staff are nice". When you sign up, they actually ask you to review them before you even get the service.
Once you do experience the KON THAT IS KONNECT you'll understand it's a disgraceful service and outrageous company. I'd mistakenly referred our neighbours who are also having the same issues.
We moved to an exceptionally remote part of Scotland and were lured by the lies of unlimited and fast internet. On good days the internet is so slow we can barely access emails. On bad days (which are most of the time), the service refuses to connect. Sadly, there's no 3g or mobile phone reception in our area so we're dependent on Konnect so we're paying for a service which we do not receive and are well and truly stuck.
WORST COMPANY ON EARTH.
