Bad business

I purchased a bed with a koalafi lease. Out right i would have spent about 1200 dollars for the bed. But with there high interest i paid over 4,000$. Is what it is I needed a decent bed to sleep on. Move down the line I paid my bed off at the end of January was sent a congratulations letter for completing final payment. Here we are 18 days later they say I owe them more money. My bank shows my payments as all completed and getting no where but more and more frustrated trying to communicate with people with broken English. I paid 3,000 in interest your not getting a penny more and I hope the world sees my post and never use this dishonest company

Para todos los que usa este método…

Para todos los que usa este método mucho cuidado porque te dan 3 meses para pagar y si te pasas de los 3 meses te cobran un montón de dinero mucho cuidado,,,,,yo tan solo pedí 1250 y por 2 días que se me paso termine pagando 2900 una locura de pago para que estén atentos...

It’s worth it

I started the application process with Koalofi in December and received an approval with different options on payment plans. Not everyone’s situation allows them to complete in full payments for quality furniture at once. So appreciate the speedy response and finance options. Thank you!

Do not recommend this company is you…

Do not recommend this company is you are getting into a lease/loan. I got approved for 3400$ but only used 1400$ to get my car fixed (i have the receipt from the mechanic) they did not inform me i was having to pay them back the full 3400 EVEN THO I ONLY USED 1400 OF IT, i was 375$ away from paying off the 1400$ lease and i checked my app to it now showing 1600$ balance. They had me locked into a 90 day agreement that i was not aware of stating if i didn’t pay off the 1400$ within 90 days i would owe the full amount of 3400$. I was 6 days over that deadline and i called trying to pay off the amount i owed with was 375$ and ended up having to pay 608$ to close my account and the lease. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL COMPLETELY RIP YOU OFF AND TRY TO TAKE EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE. DO NOT EVER GET A LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible/Rip-off company

I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband and I purchased a bed through this company and decided to do a voluntary return after seeing how big the difference between the purchase price and payoff amount would be. So, when we spoke with a rep in September 2025, we agreed to paying the remainder of what was owed after the bed was picked up, which would've been 4 equal payments and then 1 lesser payment. They took out the agreed upon amounts twice for the month of September and then for some reason THEY decided to change our agreement without talking to us in the next month of October and spread out the remainder payments over the next 24 months. WE NEVER AGREED TO THAT! Their claim is that they sent us an email and we did not respond to it. The email did not state for us to call if something was wrong or to continue with the said agreement made in September and if we were supposed to respond to the COMPANY changing the agreement (not us), wouldn't that warrant a phone call??? So, as you can guess, now we're paying more than the agreed amount. Why would I agree to stretch out payments for 24 months, when the initial agreement was for the remainder to be paid in 5 payments and we would've had it paid off by mid November. It's a rip off and it's so sad that companies like this still exist and continue to cheat people. Please do not use this company and make sure if you do any business with them that they verify they've written your agreement down in their system and always ask for a copy. A hot mess is what this company is! No one ever apologized for the error THEY made. Just sad!
