Not only did it take approximately 11…

Not only did it take approximately 11 weeks to receive my order, my order wasn't and is still not complete, 5 weeks after the first delivery. After numerous attempts at retrieving my order form, I am being ignored by the sales associate. The bed frame that was recommended by the associate was intended to fit my mattress & to shorten this novel, I still haven't received the box spring

KOALAFI IS A SCAM! DO NOT PARTICIPATE

KOALAFI IS A SCAM!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! I PAID MY ACCOUNT VIA CHECK IN THE AMOUNT STATED TO BE MY EARLY TERMINATION, $1638.54. I CONFIRMED WITH TWO DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES THAT THE AMOUNT WOULD NOT CHANGE. ONCE I MAILED THE CHECK OFF THE NEXT DAY, THEY RECEIVED IT A WEEK LATER AND STATED I'VE BEEN CHARGED EXTRA BECAUSE OF THE DAY THEY RECEIVED IT AND MY ACCOUNT IS STILL ACTIVE, OWING ANOTHER $1638.54! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE??? IT DOESN'T! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! WORST LASTMINUTE DECISION EVER

It's too difficult to access the site…

It's too difficult to access the site to track my account and make payments. It's crazy that taking the lease to it's scheduled end date results in a total cost that's more than double the original purchase price

You suckerfools are a muck fruncking rip off…

You muck fritters are a trucking rip off and I can’t wait to pay off this lease off before 90 days. Y’all are predatory lending donkey holes. I will never use the Wright Auto Works that suckered me into getting into a lease term with you. Shame on both of you for putting people in a tough financial situation and act like it’s helping people.
