My time working with Kluvo was nothing…

My time working with Kluvo was nothing short of a genuinely valuable experience. Everyone in sales knows it's not all sunshine and rainbows all the time. But my time at Kluvo came pretty close. Their consistent hands-on training, as well as the proven sales and prospecting techniques they use, allowed us to book meetings and demos on a statistic level, regularly meeting and exceeding weekly targets. Definitely would recommend anyone wanting to sharpen their outreach and/or grow their pipeline.

Made a huge impact in our business 👌

Avoid Kluvo – Misrepresentation and Zero Accountability

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Kluvo, I feel obligated to warn other business owners.

We hired Kluvo believing we were working with a professional outbound sales agency. The pitch was convincing: structured cold calling, reporting, booked meetings, and a “hands-off” solution for lead generation. What we received in reality was the complete opposite.

From the moment payment was made, communication dropped sharply. Deliverables that were clearly discussed upfront never arrived. Reports were promised but never sent. When we asked for call logs, performance metrics, or proof of activity, we were met with delays, vague excuses, or silence.

What stood out most was the lack of transparency. There was no way to verify whether any work was being done at all. No data, no booked meetings, no recordings, no dashboards — nothing you would expect from a legitimate outbound service provider.

Once concerns were raised, the tone changed. Instead of addressing the issues, responsibility was avoided. Follow-ups went unanswered, and requests for resolution or refunds were ignored entirely. At that point, it became clear this wasn’t a simple operational failure — it was a broken business practice.

Reading other reviews after our experience confirmed this is not an isolated incident. The same themes appear repeatedly:

Promises made upfront

Little to no delivery

Poor or nonexistent communication

No refunds

Clients ignored once payment is collected

If you’re a founder or agency owner considering Kluvo, please think carefully. Losing money is one thing, but losing time and momentum on false promises is far worse.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company in any capacity. Proceed with extreme caution.

This Company Is a Scam

This Company Is a Scam – Complete Loss of £2,850

My name is Alice, and I am the founder of WonderAds, an international marketing agency with clients in the UK, Canada, Australia, and Portugal.

We hired Kluvo to support our cold-calling team. Their responsibility was extremely simple: make outbound calls for our marketing offer and provide weekly performance reports. For this service, they charged approximately £2,500 per month.

We understood that results take time, so our expectations were realistic. However, after 30 days, we received ZERO reports, ZERO results, and ZERO transparency. The only communication we received were vague messages from a virtual assistant claiming they were “making progress” and using a new dialer system. No proof, no data, no calls logs — nothing. We have full chat records confirming this.

As a result, we canceled the service.

Three months later, Ethan (Co-Founder of Kluvo) contacted us again, admitting the company had handled things poorly. He proposed a new partnership model where we would only pay for booked appointments and revenue generated. The only requirement was a £350 “setup fee.”

Against our better judgment, and based on his assurances, we paid the fee.

After payment, Kluvo completely disappeared.

No onboarding (not even that)
No calls
No appointments
No replies
No refunds

In total, we lost £2,850 and are proceeding to court.

To this day, all emails, chats, and messages remain unread by both support and the co-founders. There has been no accountability, no service delivered, and no refund issued.

This is not poor service — this is deliberate scamming behavior.

My experience with Kluvo.co.uk the "Outbound sales team"

My experience with Kluvo.co.uk - specifically with the team founding team Joseph, Jack, and Ethan - has been deeply disappointing. I’m sharing this solely to document what happened from my perspective and to help others make informed decisions.

From the start, we're getting some volume but no real conversions or show-ups (qualified meetings) - so after some time, we decided to stop their services with no hard feelings.

What made things even more frustrating was that after our first attempt to move forward failed, the Kluvo team decided to offer us a so-called “promotion” that was essentially a downsell, encouraging us to try the process again. Unfortunately, the second attempt failed too, leaving us in exactly the same position as before.

We had been told we would receive five guaranteed meetings as part of the service, but these never materialised.

Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, updates, or a path forward, we were left without the promised meetings, without a refund, and without any serious effort from their side to address or fix the situation. As a customer, it felt like we were simply ignored once things went wrong.

Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Kluvo or the team members involved. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability made this a costly and frustrating engagement for us.
