SCAM
On March 12, I placed an order for a complete set of the Three Broken Ladies Ceramics. I ordered a Sadie, an Courtney, and a Skull Lady. I received a confirmation email that detailed what I ordered and shortly thereafter received tracking confirmation that a package was being shipped from the Netherlands. That surprised me because they advertised this set as being made in and shipped from the US. By April 27, I still had not received my order so I contacted this company. They responded quickly and resent another package except this time the tracking information was from China. A couple weeks went by and by this point I was thinking I got scammed. However, on May 23, I finally received the package. I opened the package and unboxed all three items and what I received was three Sadies. There was no Courtney or Skull Lady. in addition, none of the three Sadie’s were made of ceramic. Once again, I contacted the company to let them know that they sent me the wrong thing, attached a photo of the three Sadies as well as the detailed order confirmation that clearly showed what I ordered and requested that they send me the Skull Lady and the Courtney I had ordered or to refund 2/3 of the money that I paid them. I received a response email from them telling me I needed to send them a picture of the QR codes from the internal packaging which I found to be absolutely ridiculous, considering I have already sent them my receipt and a photo of what was actually received but I hadn’t thrown away any of the packaging yet so OK. However, I was skeptical because when I unboxed these things, I did not see any QR codes and of course when I got home from work and inspected all of the packaging no QR codes were present in any of the Styrofoam and protective plastic packaging or on the outside or inside of the box itself. This company is a scam. Do not order from them or you risk your money being stolen.
