I was deeply disappointed by my experience applying for roles at PHMG. Having carefully reviewed the job requirements and believing that my qualifications, skills, and experience aligned well with the positions advertised, I had hoped to be given at least the opportunity to demonstrate my suitability through an interview.
While I understand that recruitment processes can be highly competitive, what I found most discouraging was the complete absence of any opportunity to discuss my application or receive meaningful feedback. Being rejected without an interview left me feeling that my experience and potential contribution were never fully considered.
My disappointment is not simply about not being offered a position; it stems from the fact that I was denied the chance to present myself, explain my achievements, and show why I believed I could add value to the company. A brief interview or constructive feedback would have provided clarity and reassurance that my application had been fairly assessed.
As a candidate who invested time and effort into the application process, I believe that transparency and engagement are important aspects of fair recruitment. The lack of either has left me questioning whether my qualifications and experience received the consideration they deserved.

Straight up crooks
Straight up crooks. Trap and bill the client is how they work. The auto renew for 36 months…even when I had cancelled it wasn’t within the 30 days before renewal timeline. So just when I thought I was clear of these guys…boom billed for 3 years more.
Contract termination
There was promise of rotating recordings seasonally, did not happen. Real problem was when I advised that I didn't want to renew they immediately terminated my contract and charged me the balance owing through the end of the contract, months in advance. I've been advised my account has moved to the credit care team - even though ALL payments have been made timely

Great creativity in creating our signature sound logo for our on hold message and easy to work with for updates throughout the year. Very professional work...they take your business to another level!

We've been working with PHMG for our auto-attendant setup and on-hold marketing productions, and the experience has been fantastic. The power of captivating on-hold messaging...
We have regular catch ups with PHMG to ensure our messaging/scripts our up to date and relevant. We recently added a new script to our voicemails to inform clients of a charity challenge the team were taking part in, and this resulted in a large donation to the charity being made. This proves that ensuring your messaging is creative and current is really important and works! Thank you.
