We use PHMG for our phone system auto attendant recordings. They have an easy form for specifying my dates and times, they have samples in very short amounts of time, any edits are handled promptly. They are all I could ask for in a vendor of this type of product.

I was deeply disappointed by my experience applying for roles at PHMG. Having carefully reviewed the job requirements and believing that my qualifications, skills, and experience aligned well with the positions advertised, I had hoped to be given at least the opportunity to demonstrate my suitability through an interview.

While I understand that recruitment processes can be highly competitive, what I found most discouraging was the complete absence of any opportunity to discuss my application or receive meaningful feedback. Being rejected without an interview left me feeling that my experience and potential contribution were never fully considered.

My disappointment is not simply about not being offered a position; it stems from the fact that I was denied the chance to present myself, explain my achievements, and show why I believed I could add value to the company. A brief interview or constructive feedback would have provided clarity and reassurance that my application had been fairly assessed.

As a candidate who invested time and effort into the application process, I believe that transparency and engagement are important aspects of fair recruitment. The lack of either has left me questioning whether my qualifications and experience received the consideration they deserved.

They were absolutely the worst to work with from top to bottom. the latest problem was that I discovered that they had gone in a changed things in my Voip settings and as a result, my voice mail system was not working. absolutely nothing about the customer experinace has been enjoyable and productive. an absolute waste of time and money.

Alastair Willis at PHMG is Amazing! Alastair continues to impress and keep me on track with his Account Management, allowing me to focus on other parts of my business remit. Straight up crooks. Trap and bill the client is how they work. The auto renew for 36 months…even when I had cancelled it wasn’t within the 30 days before renewal timeline. So just when I thought I was clear of these guys…boom billed for 3 years more.

There was promise of rotating recordings seasonally, did not happen. Real problem was when I advised that I didn't want to renew they immediately terminated my contract and charged me the balance owing through the end of the contract, months in advance. I've been advised my account has moved to the credit care team - even though ALL payments have been made timely

Great creativity in creating our signature sound logo for our on hold message and easy to work with for updates throughout the year. Very professional work...they take your business to another level!
