I was beyond excited to be able to purchase these beautiful houses. I had the opportunity to live in Valkenburg for 5 years and what an incredible and happy time it was for myself and my family. When I discovered that their was a house of the train station in Valkenburg which was a couple of minutes from our house on Konigin juliaanalan. My daughters birthday is Oct 7th so again how special this turned out to be.
The shipping was super fast and everything was very well packaged. Thank you for this beautiful memory of our time spent there. We will truly treasure them.

I have given this review due to the company that is chosen for the delivery of my purchases. FedEx are a company that I dislike when it comes to delivery. I’m restricted to how much I can get out and I’m in most of the time. They say they have attempted delivery when they clearly haven’t.

The shipping address online contained the apartment number, but this number was not transferred to the shipping label. When the label was printed, it did not contain the exact address so the courier could not deliver it, as I live in a very large apartment complex. It was sent back to the depot, and I had to redirect it to a postal box. This is not the first time that I have had problems with DPD. Can you not allow the purchaser to select the courier?

I was pleased at the how easy it was to order for my son who lives in the Netherlands. I ordered a KLM house and it was very simple to order, I am over eighty and don't find these things very easy. I sent it for a birthday gift from UK it arrived well in time and was pleased with whole experience.

During the order process you quoted €10 for delivery and then at payment you charged more than €20 and I think it’s very sleazy to do that.
