Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service.
Charged £18 to return an item from the UK, despite confusion over sizing on their 'Drawings' app.

I received used shoes!!

I ordered some margielas and they came looking used… it’s crazy cause you would never expect that from a reputable place and it’s a very expensive shoe too. The box was dirty, had a hair in it, the bottom soles of the shoes were dirty so it seems like someone used it and returned it. I tried emailing them but no reply, really disappointed, keep in mind it never said the shoes were preowned anywhere on the website. Don’t risk ordering super expensive stuff with them!

They’ve responded to my email and have offered me different solutions to my issue, they were understanding and I’m appreciative of that. It doesn’t take away from the mistake of selling a used item, however they tried to resolve the problem professionally without giving me a hard time, so thanks!

I returned a pair of shoes purchased…

I returned a pair of shoes purchased online and was charged €20.00 for shipping, while when I purchased them it was only €10.00. Furthermore, no reputable company charges return shipping costs. Terrible. I will never buy anything again!

You are taking a risk ordering from here

UPDATE: Update to my order. 1 month after I returned my items, they have said “actually we think you only sent some of your items back, so we are taking over £200 off your refund”. This from a warehousing team that CONSTANTLY sends out the wrong colour of item, the wrong size of item, forgets items etc. They haven’t told me which item is supposedly missing (i 100% sent all the items back) and have suggested I send them evidence of the weight of the package when I sent it, who on earth has that? A complete scam. Please, PLEASE don’t do it to yourself, go shop somewhere else. Unequivocally the worst customer experience I have ever had.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Clothes are good if you get sent the right stuff and luck out with some consistent sizing. If you don’t get lucky with both of the above (you probably won’t), you are in for the worst customer service you will likely ever encounter.

My last two orders have both had incorrect items in them, once shoes three sizes too big, once the wrong item. Multiple emails and zero attempt to resolve it.

I have subsequently returned an order for a refund. Two weeks later they sent me a gift card (I asked for a refund) for 70% of the value of my returns. No explanation. I have emailed them every day for a week and they are completely ignoring me.

The reality is they know their clothes will sell quick and so once they’ve got your money they have absolutely no interest in helping you as a customer. The customer service has finally put me off ever shopping there again, which is a shame because the clothes are great.
FOLLOW UP: just a quick follow up post kith response. The suggestion that this is a “very rare occurrence” does not match my experience, as noted in my review this has happened twice in two orders for me (and has happened before). The suggestion that I should reach out to customer service who will resolve is also frustrating, as noted in my review i have reached out to them every day for two weeks and this remains unresolved

Returns window too small/sizing terrible

Bought a very expensive top for a birthday present for my son on Kith EU. (I'm based in UK). I didn't realise Kith only offer returns within 14 days. Top is too small (their sizing is not at all accurate) & too late to return now. Won't use them again, what a waste of money.

Terrible expérience

Lors de ma première visite chez Kith Paris, j’ai été extrêmement déçue par l’expérience. Nous avions commandé un French toast et un matcha, mais le French toast nous a été servi complètement brûlé, et le matcha n’était même pas chaud.

Lorsque la serveuse a essayé de le poser sur la table, elle a renversé du matcha sur l’assiette. Au lieu de le changer, elle est simplement partie le nettoyer et nous a resservi exactement la même tasse.

Nous avons alors demandé à parler au manager pour expliquer la situation, mais nous n’avons pas été pris au sérieux et avons été totalement ignorés. Après avoir attendu, nous avons redemandé à un autre serveur d’appeler le manager en précisant que nous souhaitions un nouveau French toast. Sa réponse a été :

« Je suis désolé, mais vous n’en aurez pas un autre puisque vous en avez déjà mangé la moitié. »

J’ai été choquée d’entendre cela et encore plus de voir le serveur argumenter avec nous. Il a ajouté qu’il connaissait les portions, que nous étions « trop », et a insisté pour ne pas changer le plat, préférant annuler la commande et nous demander de partir.

Une expérience très décevante, surtout pour une première visite.

20€ for a return, its like scam.

Bought a pair of shoes on kith.eu and wanted to return them and they charge 20€ for sending them back. It's a 0 customer experience and I will probably never buying there again.

Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait de votre achat sachez que vous payerez le bon retour (sera déduit de la somme à vous rembourser) et qu'en plus on vous donnera un avoir à dépenser sur le site, alors qu'il est écrit qu'on vous remboursera par le même mode de paiement utilisé à l'achat, mais quand je l'ai souligné je n'ai plus reçu aucune réponse. Case closed.

Deuxième épisode :
Produit facturé mais non livré. Pourtant, c'était le seul de ma commande qui m'intéressait. Sans mail d'information, j'ai dû deviner moi-même que le colis ne comporterait pas mon article, celui sans lequel je n'aurais pas fait cette commande, très bien. On m'a simplement répondu que l'usine venait de faire l'inventaire et que l'article n'est plus disponible, mais qu'on me donnait quelques points de fidélité pour compenser. Qu'est-ce que je vais faire de tous ces points et de cette carte cadeau que je ne préfère pas utiliser tant l'expérience client est nulle ?

L’article commandé ne me convenait pas…

L’article commandé ne me convenait pas en taille. J’ai donc demandé un remboursement, étant encore dans le délai légal de rétractation de 14 jours.
Leurs CGV indiquent que le retour est à la charge de l’expéditeur, ou bien qu’ils envoient un bon, mais en le facturant. Cependant, ils ne peuvent pas outrepasser la loi française sur le droit de rétractation.

Malgré les preuves à l’appui (captures d’écran et échanges de mails avec leur service client) démontrant qu’entre la réception de mon colis et son retour j’étais bien dans les 14 jours, il m’a été impossible d’obtenir un remboursement : on ne m’a proposé qu’un bon d’achat, qui plus est d’une valeur inférieure à celle de l’article commandé…

Esthétiquement, le site est très réussi, mais la qualité du service après-vente ainsi que le packaging du colis (simple pochette plastique) ne reflètent absolument pas le haut de gamme qu’ils prétendent vendre.
Très déçu.

Not a good first impression

Unfortunately, I ordered two pair of non-refundable shoes (Adidas collabs) and did not receive my complete order. When both shoes arrived one pair was missing part of the attachable accessories (clip on bows/laces). I should have received 4 and only 3 were with the shoes. When I reached out to customer service (sent images, etc) they told me they could NOT ship the extra bow/lace bc it was outside their policy and offered a $10 store credit. I refused the credit and was refunded the $10 to my original form of payment. I wish I had the accessories instead bc that is what made the shoe itself hence why I ordered them to begin with. It would’ve been better to be offered an even exchange for a fresh pair of shoes with ALL attachable accessories. I expect as a customer if I am ordering product that it is shipped in its entirety. If an error happens at the fault of the business customers should be better accommodated.

Care about their customers

Kith absolutely blew me away with their customer service! I noticed a small defect in one of the pieces I ordered and reached out expecting the usual long wait and back-and-forth. To my surprise, their team replied almost instantly and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Not only did they process my concern quickly, but they also gave me my money back without any hassle whatsoever.

It’s rare these days to find a brand that stands so firmly behind their products and values their customers the way Kith does. The entire experience left me feeling like I was truly taken care of. On top of their incredible designs and quality clothing, the peace of mind knowing their customer service is this outstanding makes me want to shop with them again and again.

Kith is truly next level — stylish, premium, and customer-first. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Hello, I am a Korean living in Korea
There is a KITH store in Korea, but it is a bit far from where I live
Was it 2017 or 2018? I became interested in a product that I collaborated with Coca-Cola and got to know a brand called KITH
I was a high school student at that time, so it was difficult to order overseas
However, I recently ordered another DREW clothes and ordered KITH's official website for the first time
An error occurred in the middle of the first order on the official KITH website
The payment was completed, but it was not confirmed in the order history, so I contacted the KITH customer center at the time
I am not good at English, so I asked the KITH customer center through a translator
I received an answer to my inquiry so quickly that I was able to solve the problem quickly
When I replied to the email, the KITH customer center staff treated me really kindly
I also received the items I ordered later safely and quickly. Thank you!
The daily temperature range in Korea has gotten a bit worse. It's great to wear in this weather and the design is my style
I will be using the official KITH website again soon. Have a nice day!
