I had bad experience with purchasing…

I had bad experience with purchasing online, I bought 2 shirts same size M one came perfectly and the other came M but look like XL, I requested to return the purchase because is it to big the shirt cost me 125$ to return it they asked 75$. When I purchased the shipping cost me 15$ for both shirts to return 1 shirt they asking 75$, I approached them with e mail explaining the situation that it is not my fault that there size is not same in different shirts and that the reason that I need to return, and every time they telling me that they are not the one that asking the price for return shipping, but this in there web side return if they have agreement for delivery they need to have agreement for return also, 10 e mail back and forth did not help me , the same stupidity answer, my recommendation is even when is an expensive brand when you don't have a good customer service is not worth to buy, my experience with Keith company rates big 0

The two shirts purchased were different styles, and our product pages include detailed size charts that clearly show variations in measurements between styles, even when labeled the same size. Regarding returns, our policy is clearly stated at checkout and on our website: international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be higher than outbound shipping due to carrier and customs fees. The return cost quoted was in ILS (local currency), not USD, and reflects international return rates rather than our original outbound shipping charge. We never want this to feel frustrating, but these terms are communicated in advance and applied consistently. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to make sizing information and return expectations as clear as possible.

Commande passée le 26 novembre pour une paire de chaussures, avec un délai annoncé de quelques jours ouvrés.
Résultat : près de ç semaines d’attente, aucune expédition, aucune visibilité, et une communication client totalement défaillante.

Pendant plus d’un mois :
- Aucune notification d’envoi
- Aucune explication claire sur la cause du retard
- Uniquement des réponses génériques (“still being processed”, “no confirmed timeline”)
- Incapacité totale à dire s’il s’agissait d’une rupture de stock ou d’un problème logistique

Malgré de nombreuses relances, le service client n’a jamais été capable de fournir une information factuelle ou un délai fiable. Le plus choquant : la commande a finalement été annulée automatiquement, sans même m’en informer personnellement ni m’expliquer la raison. J’ai découvert l’annulation via un simple email automatique.

C’est inacceptable pour une marque de ce niveau.
Manque total de transparence, absence de suivi, aucune considération pour le client après plusieurs semaines d’attente.

Première et dernière commande chez Kith.
Je déconseille fortement si vous attendez un minimum de fiabilité et de sérieux dans la gestion des commandes et du service client.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered a specific item that was advertised as in stock, but received a different style instead. The original item was clearly out of stock, yet it remained available on the website and no notice was given that a substitute might be sent. This felt misleading.
When I returned the item, KITH received it but didn’t issue my refund until 10 days later, and only after I followed up. They also refused to reimburse the return shipping, even though the mistake was theirs. I lost $10 and still didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointing experience.

The clothes are very cool

The clothes are very cool! The customer service is beyond poor. I have been trying to get a return authorization for a pair of pants my hubby purchased on line. There was no packing slip and customer service does not answer phones or emails! Yet we are charged!! Very frustrating

No refund, no communication.

I’ve been waiting for over a month for a refund on two orders, over £500. I have emailed so many times and keep being told they’re waiting for the warehouse to get back to them after waiting days at a time for a reply. I have the Royal Mail tracking numbers for both of the orders so know they have been recieved. I’ve tried contacting on other platforms
but never receive a reply. I feel devastated that I’m down £550. Seems so crazy to be treated like this as a loyal customer. Unfortunately don’t think I’ll be able to make any future purchases. I really just want my refund as I can’t afford to be down £550, but seems like it’s out of my control.

Kith has no sense of urgency

Kith has no sense of urgency. They don’t care about their customers no matter how much you spend. They might have nice clothes but it takes entirely too long for you to get them. I’ve been waiting for my 1400$ coat since Dec 16 still nothing. Not even a healthy line of communication. I spoke to a rep named Manny he was rude. And made sure he told me it’s no refund. First time and last time spending my money with them. Don’t do it! If I could no stars I would. 1 star is to many to give them worst shopping experience of my life.

Op 21 november 2025 heb ik een order geplaatst bij Kith voor een item dat ik graag tijdens de feestdagen had willen dragen. Inmiddels zijn we bijna anderhalve maand verder en heb ik mijn bestelling nog steeds NIET ontvangen.

In de tussentijd heb ik meerdere e-mails gestuurd naar jullie klantenservice. Hoewel ik hier reacties op heb gekregen, boden deze tot twee keer toe geen concrete oplossing of positief nieuws over de levering van mijn bestelling.

Ik vind het eerlijk gezegd onacceptabel dat een klant zo lang moet wachten zonder duidelijkheid. Als een item niet (meer) op voorraad is of niet geleverd kan worden, verwacht ik dat dit tijdig en transparant wordt gecommuniceerd en dat klanten in dat geval hun geld direct teruggestort krijgen.

Diep teleurgesteld in jullie handelen!

Be careful with Norway VAT if a single item exceeds NOK 3,000


I want to share my experience as a warning to other customers, especially those ordering from Norway.

Even if the website clearly states that VAT and duties are fully included and that no additional charges will be required on delivery, there is still a risk if any single item in your order exceeds NOK 3,000. This conflicts with Norway’s VAT policy, and you may end up being charged VAT twice.

In my case, my total order was around NOK 9,000, and only one item exceeded NOK 3,000. Because of that single item, the carrier recalculated VAT on the entire shipment, even though VAT had already been paid at checkout.

As a result, DHL required me to pay an additional NOK 3,500 in VAT and handling fees before delivery, despite the fact that VAT had already been paid once.

These items were originally purchased specifically for Christmas, and the website clearly stated before checkout that the order would arrive in time for Christmas. Now, with Christmas approaching and the shipment still being held due to this unresolved tax issue, it is very likely that I will not receive the gifts at all, which is extremely frustrating and discouraging.

The most disappointing part was the customer service response. After this issue occurred, I have now waited over 48 hours with no response at all, and the issue remains unresolved. This is especially surprising because in previous inquiries, their customer service usually replied within one or two hours. The contrast in response speed and attitude is very noticeable.

I’m not sure whether sharing this here will lead to any resolution, but I hope this review helps others avoid the same situation. If you are ordering to Norway, please be very careful when a single item exceeds NOK 3,000, even if the website claims all taxes are covered.

I bought my Asics marvel on 17 november, still not shipped.
Contacted customer service, they respond is that they don’t know when it would be shipped.
They selling those same sneckers in London store.
Since it was a Christmas present, i asked for refund but no respond

Very poor return process

I paid €15 for delivery and was asked to pay €20 to return the item. While I don’t find this reasonable, I agreed to proceed.

However, I was given a 14-day return deadline without being sent the return shipping label, making it impossible to return the item. Despite multiple emails, customer support has not responded.

Giving a deadline without providing the necessary return information is unacceptable.

I will update and change my rating if this issue is resolved quickly.

Do not order online

This isn't a standard brand it's on the luxury side however ordered an item a week ago still not dispatched? It's near Christmas get your operation in order!!

Update still not dispatched and customer service was 0 help said the order is with their fulfillment partners and can't give a timeframe.... What type of business has no idea when their stock will be sent? The order was placed with them directly.

Update had a reply seems kith sells items they have no times on when it can be dispatched!! Advertising everywhere to order for Christmas delivery has a set timescale on website but now says they have no clue on times but still selling the item

As much as I like Kith clothing

As much as I like Kith clothing, the customer service is embarrassingly poor. As a company that price points some of their items on par with the likes of Ralph Lauren, they don't ahere to the same customer service values.

I've emailed them multiple times about an issue I was facing and whilst I got one reply, they eventually stopped acknowledging any email from me. As you can see from the other reviews, they simply don't care about loyal customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I am receiving. I participated in your raffle on 11.11, and the results were released early in the morning on 14.11. My winning orders are:

It has now been a full week, and neither order has been shipped. There have been absolutely no updates regarding the processing or shipping of my items.

I have contacted your support around six times, and I have not received a single reply. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable for a company of your scale.

Due to the unreasonable delay, I am urgently requesting the cancellation of both orders. The processing time is far too long, and I was forced to purchase the item on the secondary market because you still haven’t shipped my orders. Please cancel these orders immediately. I expect a prompt response.
