Kith offers sneakers they don't have.

I ordered two pairs of sneakers, but then I received a shipping confirmation that only listed one pair. I then contacted customer service to ask what was happening with the other pair, and the response was that the other pair was being shipped from a different warehouse. 12 hours later, Kith canceled that pair.

Misleading Sizing & Outrageous €20 Return Fee

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes, a brand I've worn for years, but the sizing on this specific model was completely off and inconsistent with their standard fit, making them unwearable.

The real problem started with the return. I was forced to pay a mandatory €20 shipping fee to send the shoes back. For a return within Europe, this cost is simply absurd. As someone who shops online frequently, I have never encountered such an excessive and anti-consumer policy.

The issue was with the product's faulty sizing, not a change of mind, yet the customer is punished for it. When I contacted customer support, I received a generic, unhelpful response blaming their carrier and stating the policy was "transparent." A transparently bad policy is still a bad policy.

Be warned: if you have to make a return for any reason, this company will charge you an exorbitant amount. I will not be shopping here again.

Kith is NOT authorised reseller of Nike products. They will not accept warranty claims and Nike won’t either as they can’t verify whether it is genuine item. DO NOT BUY NIKE FROM THEM!

Customer services always comes through

I’ve always enjoyed the exclusive sneakers then started buying Kith clothing and have really clicked with the style, colors and textiles, I live in Puerto Rico and had problems with very slow shipping 24-28 days on average, and after a couple email complains and then speaking to a very nice girl manages from the NY main store, I saw my packages began to arrive via another carrier and much faster, this is the customer service we love, can’t wait to be back in NYC to see the newly remodeled store, keep up the great work, also… shout out to the manager she’s always helped me out, can’t remember her name, she’s Latina, lovely also helped me out another ocation I bought too much stuff and knew it wasn’t gonna fit on my flight back, she offered shipped my purchase back to me in PR! Even though the computer wasn’t letting her being PR. So nice when you get the extra mile

Beware, cheap clothing that’s overpriced coupled with terrible customer service.

Kith portrays themselves as a business that cares. Kith has overpriced cheap clothing. They do collabs with great companies and ride their coat-tails and claim they’re a “family business”. This company will over charge you for their cheap clothing that’s mid sized, then won’t refund or work with you to make things right.

Beware, stay away and go shop somewhere else so you don’t end up $200 in the hole with cheap clothing that doesn’t fit.

I feel robbed.

A terrible experience. I feel like I've been robbed.

I placed an order with KITH as a gift for my family. The package was never delivered — my tracking number clearly shows that the goods did not reach me. I contacted customer support, and they supposedly conducted an “investigation,” but it yielded absolutely nothing. The store's response was “we are not responsible,” and that was it.

As a result, I got neither the goods nor a refund. I am in complete shock. This looks like outright fraud. I was left with no money and no gift.

I strongly advise against using this store. If something goes wrong, you will be left without help and without justice.

Shipping address change

I had to change the address on my order. It was quick and simple. After providing proof of my new address they were able to switch the shipping address in my order. I was very happy with the experience.

Best customer service ever.

Best customer service ever. KITH went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a misdelivered package that was never recovered. I can go on and on about how understanding and patient they were with me. They responded in a timely manner. It was HONESTLY unbelievable how much effort they put into my claim. I told them because FedEx would expect customers to just give up and move on..I will never give up pursuing this claim with FedEx. They literally took the ride with me and W/O them, my money wouldn't have ever been refunded.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.. Received the wrong item and the customer service told me that it was the correct "shoes" I ordered. Even though it was a jacket. Not sure if it is AI customer service. Now they don't reply to my emails.

I was hesitant to order here because of the Trustpilot reviews and I should have listened to the people.....

Haven't heard back about the whole case and they charged my account around 405 EUR.

Terrible, customer service

Terrible, Terrible customer service. Fedex delivered my shoe to wrong address. The picture they took was not my house. I provided pictures of the delivery and a one of my front. They are different. I contacted them and since FedEx says it's delivered, therefore it's not their problem. FedEx won't me help either. Completely wrong!!

New Balance 2010 / KITH black-multi color

Op maandag 19 mei 2025 kwam de sneaker New Balance 2010 uit in samenwerking met KITH.

Je moest meedoen aan een raffle en het was mijn eerste keer via KITH. Ik had niet veel hoop, maar tot grote verbazing werd ik toch geselecteerd. Daarna even gezien hoelang het kon duren vooraleer het zou worden geleverd en men sprak van 3 tot 7 werkdagen, en wat bleek… op dinsdag 20 mei had ik ze al ontvangen.

Wat een topservice! Wel moet ik er bij zeggen dat ze een depot hebben in België en daarom werd het waarschijnlijk zo snel bezorgd.

Ik zal zeker nog veel kopen op jullie website! Ik geef jullie daarom ook een dikke 10/10 💯👌
