The Frames are awesome but support over their email or Facebook messages is not existent, nobody replies to anything. its over a week now ive been trying to get in touch with them since I am out of country very, very disappointing.

I am in a similar position to the most recent reviews. I ordered glasses in store 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. No answer on the store, no response by email, and most recently, my comments asking what's happening have been deleted from their Instagram account.

Bought some glasses over a week ago and now the shop is closed for refurbishment which I wasn't made aware of and I can't get hold of anyone on the phone, email or their social media accounts. Worried they've closed with £150 of my money.

I think they've closed down with £200 of my money. Open on Sunday, closed on Monday. The website makes no mention of the lack of store but you can't book stylist or eye tests any more. No answer to my email and no one's picking up the phone.

The only shop is shrouded up and there's a sign to say it's being refurbished. If that's the case, why not say on the website?

Luckily I paid by credit card!

Staff were super friendly and helpful - both the at the front, where they offered advice on frames / styling, and the back where the optometrist conducted tests on modern equipment and reassured me on the health of my eyes.

All in all a very positive experience - I'll be back again for sure!

Straightforward, professional, accessible service. I got a pair of new lenses. Staff really friendly.

Fabulous service... purchased a pair of sunglasses over the phone and they were so immensely helpful. Later that day I had a phone call to say the sunglasses had been made up and ready to be dispatched, they were then delivered to my door by 10.00am the following morning. An amazing 24 hour service provided and the most helpful, courteous lady who took my order, made the glasses and then posted out. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service from booking the appointment to having the eye test and choosing the glasses. A really stylish selection of glasses at reasonable prices. The store in Shoreditch has a really nice design and atmosphere. My only criticism is that the store could do with a good clean. The equipment, the chair and the floor in the testing room needed a good clean. With attention to cleanliness this would definitely get 5 stars. Loving my glasses.

Loja com serviço de altíssima qualidade. Além dos modelos serem belíssimos e valerem a ida apenas por isso, a loja oferece um sistema fantástico de atendimento ao cliente. Entrei e, após ser recebida pela simpática Jema, escolhi o modelo que melhor combinou comigo. Logo agendei o teste de visão que usa avançados equipamentos - com supervisão de uma oftalmo - e em menos de uma hora todo o processo se encerrou. Escrevo ainda dentro da loja e sairei da Kite já com os novos óculos.

Since I was in London for only a couple of days, I was fitted in the same day to have my eyes measured. Super friendly staff and amazingly quick help. My two glasses were ready the same day, really happy with them and with the whole treatment at Kite!

Excellent service & beautiful glasses, sorted us out in a glasses emergency with state of the art tests & fitting technology - all at a very reasonable price, Boots or Specsavers would have been much more expensive!

Shocking. Chased for nearly two weeks for updates on my order with conflicting information given depending which staff member was handling my query. Finally received order which is the wrong colour.

Awaiting to see how kite now handle this problem and turn a poor experience to a positive one ???

Would really recommend a trip down to Kite if you’re looking for new and in fashion frames! The whole experience and vibe is something you don’t find everywhere, staff are really bubbly and approachable and always there to help. Even offer you a drink when they’re spending time with you, making sure you get the perfect frame that suits you!
