I have recently bought a bespoke Chevron flooring that is perfectly complementing my interior design project.
Kite flooring was able to match the colour, the size of the chevron and the thickness of the wood that i wanted for the project at a very reasonable price for a bespoke European wood flooring quality.

The deliver was on time and the final result of the flooring is just stunning.

We had a brilliant experience with Kite when fitting our beautiful new laminate floor. We had an old, damaged floor that needed to be removed and an uneven sub floor that required levelling, but the work was completed within a week and the fitters were fantastic. We’d recently painted our flat and they managed to avoid any damage! Kite’s premium laminate is stunning, it’s totally transformed our home. We would 100% recommend Kite, the communication and attention to detail throughout has been second to none.

Brilliant service and communication - I run an interior design studio and needed a floor refinishing so got in touch with Kite Flooring to see if they are able to help.
Patrick was super helpful and responsive in helping me create samples and then the approved finish I wanted.
The existing floor needed a lot of work due to quite severe wear and tear.
They removed all of the damage to the floorboards and refinished them in the beautiful approved finish.

Kite did an exceptional job in helping me choose my timber parquet flooring. From initial site inspections all the way through to delivery and install. Andy was a superb communicator throughout the process and Robbie’s team did a fantastic job fitting the timber in tricky circumstances (an old Victorian building on quite the slope). Safe to say they went the extra mile for me.

Very nice wooden light oak floor and good service quality. We received good advice, had good communication during the process and the floor was easy to fit by our builders.

I highly recommend Kite Flooring. They have a beautiful range of oak boards (some of which with subtle differences that make a big impact when you're flooring large areas), which the team are very knowledgable on.
A huge amount of care goes into the fitting. I have had a lot of contractors in our house during our renovations and can say that Robbie & the fitting team are absolutely lovely. We had some problems with the sub layer that our builders put down but Ed was very understanding, rectified it and the fitters returned another day to continue. I also found Kite to be competitively priced. We are thrilled with our floor and would definitely use Kite again.

I would highly recommend using Kite. I had a smooth and hassle-free experience with this company from start to finish....and that's exactly what I needed whilst doing a complete house refurb. Kite were so easy to use and I love my new floor! They provided a superb service and guided me through the whole process sending out someone to asses my flat which was being renovated and they came up with some really insightful suggestions. I would highly recommend using these guys!

We chose Kite to fit our flooring expecting to pay a premium for the peace of mind that comes with end to end service.

What we got was really poor communication - unanswered queries, getting passed around between staff members, none of whom seemed to know what the next was doing and the anxiety that comes with it.

The majority of work was carried out by contractors the firm sourced from social media.

Throughout the job, the workers consistently prioritised what was easiest/quickest for themselves rather than doing the job properly.

Follow up communication was incredibly poor, would not expected to have heard anything if we'd not withheld some money to cover damage done by the fitter, and even then it came months later and didn't strike me as serious or genuine.
