I recently purchased an engineered wood floor from Woodfloors4u. The quality of the product was excellent, and the team was helpful in assisting with my needs, including finding a professional fitter. They have a good selection of floors and are accommodating with delivery requests. However, it's worth noting they don't accept credit cards online, so alternative payment methods are necessary. While the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the product is of good value, there are a few areas they could improve. Overall, a decent experience. ***

Incredibly helpful team at the wood floors 4u main warehouse and amazing to be able to go and inspect the flooring before buying. Came away with beautiful Casablanca oak engineered wood flooring for my kitchen. High quality, easy to install and looks immaculate. Purchased the acoustic underlay, glue and hard wax and collected the flooring all in one go. Highly recommend the product and service!

Wood floor ordered but l was later told it was out of stock. Company kindly supplied alternative “better product” for same price however at the time of agreed alternative I asked them to ensure they had more stock of this to complete other rooms I required. They never got back to me. A few weeks later when I required more flooring, nothing was available and I needed to use an alternative supplier and now risk floor looking different (rooms next to each other) No actual issue with floor supplied, looks good fitted just disappointing service.

Update:- I have since been called by the company boss who has assured me this is not their usual standard of service and also highlighted current issues with Red Sea movement of goods. I appreciate the honest discussion and apology and have updated my rating as a consequence. I had no concerns about quality of product or initial delivery.
