Product is good delivery is terrible
Product is good, website is ok. Delivery……. Absolutely atrocious. £15 delivery for a rolling pin, to an address on the mainland. Could have been sent Royal Mail. Won’t ever be using their company again.

Excellent service and product
I needed some 25mm dinner plates to fit the dishwasher and this company were able to supply them.
There was a wait for stock to arrive but we were communicating. Once the stock arrived I received the plates in three days.
Very p!eased with the service.

I placed an order on the 1st April at 2:39am and says next day delivery, but guess what, I have not received it yet. Although trying to contact them through every channel (email, calling their number, messaging them on shop app) nothing.
I’m still in the middle of the problem, let’s hope they answer and I’ll update you

Ordered last week was promised delivery…
Ordered last week was promised delivery on Friday as I had a busy opening night on Saturday, only 2 items out of 5 arrived, rang them said it would 100% be here Monday, Tuesday at the latest, still nothing

Can’t fault it
Background: I’m a larder chef based in the UK
I was looking for a specific product - An American style Bain marie replacement insert, 1.89ltr (for storing my service tools in).
It was easy to find, and the price was significantly lower than a similar product I saw on Amazon (I think it was £6-£7 instead of £15-20). They had a good range of sizes as well, so I also bought the 3ltr size to use as a hand rinse.
I was most impressed with the dispatch and delivery speed - it came the day after I placed my order (just before noon).
I’m planning on ordering again in future, particularly to get the food 1/4 size sheet pans for recipe development.
Highly recommend.
