TLDR: I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience with Kiss Cars only caused me stress, sleepless nights, time, and a lot of money.

More details below:

1. The following occurred within 1.5 months of buying the car: engine misfiring, convertible top failing, service light in dashboard, VANOS recall, engine knocking, and starter motor grinding noise.
2. Car was described as coming with FSH: in reality the last documented service being in 2017.
3. Car described as being recently serviced by them, when there's no paperwork indicating this.
4. The 350 GBP warranty doesn't cover faults unless it's a "mechanical breakdown". For instance, even though the starter motor is faulty and covered by warranty, Kiss Cars refused to cover the repair because it's still working, although will fail in the near future.
5. The Aftercare team failed to resolve the issues I reported and did not acknowledge the discrepancies in the car's service history.
6. Constant arguing and battle with the aftercare team, who's not interested in solving issues, and avoids answering any of the questions or issues I have.

I would go into more details, but there's too much to tell about my experience with Kiss Cars to cover in a review. Ensure you understand who you're dealing with before buying any car from Kiss Cars.

UPDATE:

After posting this review, I was contacted by the dealer and asked to remove it, which I have declined to do. I stand by my review and believe it is an honest and accurate account of my experience with the dealer. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others and encourage them to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership.

Went to Kiss Cars this week to test drive a fantastic Fiesta which was a great experience thanks to Martin and the team. Martin was very warm and welcoming with expert knowledge and he truly went above and beyond in his customer service. I was given a fair price and felt very looked after by Martin and Kiss Cars. I recommend to anyone else to use Kiss Cars if you want peace of mind when looking for a new car.

Martin looked after me really well. He went above and beyond to ensure that he was providing a great service. I am really happy after test driving the car which I felt was a fair price. Martin took the time to let me test drive another vehicle too. I have a peace of mind buying the car from Kiss Cars and would recommend anyone else to buy from here too. Martin makes a great cup of tea!

Tristram was very helpful in helping us find the right car and I can’t fault him but once we purchased the car and got it home we noticed the heating didn’t work so couldn’t drive it as it was frosty weather so 3 days later it went back to the garage where it stayed for nearly two weeks and they didn’t even look at it for a few days and I had to keep ringing up to make sure they were fixing it and when I did finally get it back it had clearly been used as I was filthy in the back and cigarette ash in the boot.
The garage breached GDPR as well as they left the previous owners full details in the car and I have emailed them regarding this and the disgusting aftercare and of course haven’t had the common courtesy of replying,I would not recommend to anyone to buy a car from this garage as you don’t know what your buying and they clearly don’t value their customers especially the after care.

Unfortunately the car they have sold me has been nothing but trouble.
I have spend my savings on the car when I bought it. They were friendly at first but I immediately noticed something wrong with the car.
It took months for them to sort it,when I finally had the car back I noticed more things wrong with it and parts missing that wasn't before I handed the car over to them.
After multiple emails they have not responded to me at all. It has now failed its mot and I am being left with a very high bill getting it fixed!
I would not recommend Kiss cars to anyone and would advise to stay clear of them.

I went to see the car I was interested in on August bank holiday weekend, I put a deposit down and was told to expect the car on 1st September. There were a few things to be done on the car before I got it so that worked for me.
I was told I would get a call/message Tuesday with an update, I chased Thursday and got a call back, confirming things had been done and that someone would be in touch Friday to arrange when I could collect Sunday. I didn’t hear from anyone, the next call was Saturday to say there was an issue and the car had to be reprogrammed so would have to be sent out to be done. Not the best news, but I was happy to wait for a fully working car before it was handed over. Although unsure how it was missed when they fitted the new parts and tested it out earlier in the week.
Again I waited for an update, it wasn’t ready the following weekend, so the following came and I was again chasing them for an update, I was told it was done and being valeted, I couldn’t collect it until the Friday as they didn’t want to rush them, fine at least it would be clean, or so I thought!
When I arrived on the Friday I was dealing with someone else, as the original guy wasn’t in. He didn’t have all the information, I asked him about things that were supposed to be done and he didn’t really know, he also said the car had only come back about half an hour before I arrived, it wasn’t valeted at all, there was moss along the windows, the seats were dirty and there was even a sticky tape mark with paper still stuck to it in the window.
The stop/start was supposed to be sorted, it wasn’t.
They were supposed to do a service on it, I got no paperwork, last service on the paperwork I did receive was 2021.
The tyre pressure light was on, they said it was sorted, it came back on and there was a slow puncture.
Needless to say I would never use this garage again, the service was shocking, the communication was poor and I can’t believe they’re allowed to even stay open.

no problems. no issues. no surprises. first class service from decent fellow petrol heads who understand the fun of driving something that suits you. thanks chaps.

I am, without a doubt very happy with the level of service I received yesterday,(10/08/2024) at Kiss Cars, I have now brought four vehicles from James, Lewis and Tristram, and will be returning next year to replace my BMW X3.
I traveled just over 150 miles from Suffolk to Hampshire to drop the part exchange car in and collect the new one, Kiss Cars do a delivery service and delivered my first two new (to us) cars and took my old ones back to Hampshire.
So again a big Thank-You Guys. 😊

Do not buy from here me and my partner got a car here and regretted it massively we part ex our old one they gave us £5000 pound for it (supposedly) but on the paperwork it said £3000 and to top it off we keep having the tyre pressure light coming up also brake light warning warning on constantly and also says service immediately and any problems that were brought up about the car we were told well send it to a garage so we gave them the chance to fix the faults and the garage they sent it to told us they forgot to check one of the faults and that we'd have to wait till the next day to pick up we also told (dave) we weren't happy with the car due to this and that we wanted to return it but we were told we have changed our minds due to us having supposed financial problems (daves words) and then when the car was in the garage he also told us he's not going to give the car back until he's driven it and knows its perfect. Yet on the phone he was telling me he didn't have a clue about cars so please everyone DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE EVER YOU WILL REGRET IT. ITS CRIMINAL AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND NEVER BE ALOUD TO OPEN ANOTHER GARAGE EVER AGAIN
