I saw all these bad review, still bought anyways, and the dirt bike arrived 10-12 days after I paid for it.

Some assembly required, but wasn't hard to do.

Do not order through this company.

The bike I ordered took way longer than expected, it came damaged and they did not send replacement parts nor a refund.

I will now contact my CC company.

No option to give these losers zero stars paid them in June. Sent them 14 emails various chat messages on their website never reply tried to steal your money. Don’t deal with them. You’ve been warned.

Do not trust this company!!! I ordered from them in August and never heard anything since. I sent tons of emails messages on facebook and instagram and never once did they answer!!!

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Kids on Wheels. They are entirely unprofessional and, in my opinion, fraudulent. They never answer their phones, and on the rare occasion they do, they provide nothing but vague and inconsistent excuses. They claim that our order is "stuck at customs" but refuse to provide a tracking number or any proof to back up this claim. They took money from a 3-year-old child for a product that was never delivered as promised.

This company operates with zero transparency. They call from multiple different cell phone numbers, making it impossible to establish any reliable point of contact. Their supposed "head office" address is actually a gas station, which only confirms how illegitimate they are. When I demanded answers, they hung up the phone on me—completely unacceptable behavior for any business.

Do not trust Kids on Wheels. They have demonstrated deceitful practices and a total disregard for their customers. Save your time, money, and energy—go elsewhere.

Definitely a scam. I spoke to one of their "competitors" on the phone today and they hear about KidsWithWheelz all the time. If you look closely at their google reviews theres a pattern to all the 5 star ones they are getting, which are most definitely fake. I fell victim to this when I realized after a week that they still hadn't shipped my $2500 order. I'm going to have to go through my bank to reverse the charges and I'm also going to file a report with Toronto Police services and Shopify to hopefully get them shut down. They wont answer emails, calls, or their online chat, and if you look at their location on google street view its a run down strip mall with absolutely no sinage. Don't make the stupid mistake that I did and make a knee jerk reaction to buy because it looks like you're saving a ton of money. They may have been a legit business pre-covid when they "opened" in 2018, but you take one good look at their socials and their positive online reviews and you'll see that it's totally all fake.

***UPDATE*** I caused so much of a stink online with their google reviews & posting my review everywhere that they inexplicably cancelled my order. They still haven't contacted me, and I can assume that a refund is being processed. One interesting thing that they did do was post my name, phone number, and address as the reply to my google review in hopes I'd delete the review. Obviously they can't do that here.

Be cautious when dealing with this company. I placed an order for motors for my children's car, but it’s been months, and nothing has been shipped. I've sent multiple emails inquiring about the status, but have received no response. This is extremely poor customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on August 08, 2024 for almost $2,000, and it has not shipped! They do not respond to emails, calls, or facebook messages! This is a fraudulent company! BEWARE!

Do not trust these guys. Ordered parts over a month ago. Will not reply to emails or phone calls. Still no shipping or parts have arrived. They should not be in business.

I purchased the Maverick for my kids at the end of July, and by September 5, 2023 [a week later], two of the four motors had already burned out. I have been fighting to get in touch with the 'parts department' to have the parts replaced. I have been hounding this company since September 5, with no resolution. Please save yourself the headache and buy from another company.
