Took three weeks to get get my order.
Poor service.
I will never deal with this company ever again 😐
I'm not happy at all .

I have purchased 2 dirt bikes from this company and Sunny, the employee who handled the sale, was amazing. Sunny was very knowledgeable and followed up with me throughout the process. I had to request a replacement for the throttle cable as it snapped, and again, Sunny was super helpful and issued a replacement to be shipped right away. Great service, would highly recommend.

Through your chat messaging I found out the exact battery I needed and was able to put it directly into my cart for purchase. It arrived and is now in use. Thanks for your help!

I was worried about the experience seeing the reviews. I purchase twice from them. The staff always replied to my messages daily. They were very helpful. My first puchase took longer than expected but its the carrier that had issues. My second purchase came quickly and also got a discount for returning customer:) very pleased 🫶🏼

Very bad service, it’s been on month I placed my order still haven’t received it. On the tracking website it say shippers have cancelled. Huge confusion. No reply on the emails customer service.

Customer service sucks! Responds so late . Shipping also takes a long time

I recently completed the assembly and testing of Ford's F450 ride-on toy. I'm delighted to report that every aspect of the entire experience, from ordering and delivery service to unpacking and assembly, was excellent and met my expectations.
I cannot wait to see the reaction of my grandson on his birthday.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered my son's birthday present. It was expected to be delivered by March 26. It is now April 13th and it still hasn't even been shipped from Ontario despite the company saying it has arrived in Vancouver.

Unfortunately I have not received the item yet! I was meant to receive it on March 30, but it still hasn’t even shipped as of April 10. I had sent support emails asking for updates, options etc. with very little help. What is annoying is this was a gift, I needed for a certain date to take it on a road trip, and wished I had ordered it from another company instead. Disappointing to be oversold on promises from a company: don’t put an estimate arrival date if it’s based on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! :(

Almost two weeks and still no ETA for online order.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and only just received a tracking number, and it's empty (carrier is waiting for the item)... No reply to the email I sent. Did get a call back to the first voicemail I left; the gentleman stated the item would be shipped out already. Just called again and left another voicemail... Poor online order fulfillment/service.

To be honest not that bad only thing is ordered it and before it got delivered went on sale 100 less but guess not for me.plus ordered more powerful motor but guess there on back order which I can understand,was told when motors come in they will drive up and swap them out free of charge so that's great.stay tuned and we shall see

No issues at all in getting the electric kids atv.

Irresponsables

Very long time to received.
When the bike arrived, it’s the wrong color so I will not have the right bike for our trip in 2 weeks…

First. I needed a part. I called several times. No answer. Left voicemails requesting return call. Didn’t happen. Sent email. Received a link to part which I already had seen but it had noted part out of stock. I ordered it from link. Took my money. So far not shipped.

I ordered a diecat rc car from them shipping was faster then Amazon but in the shipping time it looks like the box was damaged but they replaced it for us I will be returning back For sure

I received my product totally within the time period specified. I appreciated the shipping info updates on the way, will be recommending them to my friends

I have ordered since November 2025 and now is still waiting for one of the missing order. They said will follow up and send out but after so many chats and emails NOTHING to respond.

I blocked my call display and finally talked to their sales, he told me the unit is in dispatch and called me back for more information. Now it has over one week, no call back nor any update.

Kids on Wheelz was awesome with customer service David helped us pick a 2 seater ride on car over the phone, we got our order very fast shipping was good, will be coming back for our other kids
