Got great service rarely leave reviews but my 2 year old is so happy thank you kids on Wheelz for making my kids birthday come to reality.

I ordered an electric car for my son on Boxing Day and was told it would arrive the beginning of January. It is now February and I still have not received my item. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did, I was told another car was sent and would arrive within a few days. That never happened, and then was told from another employee a car was just dropped off at delivery service when I had previously been told another one had already been sent. I have been given the total run around and still have not received my item. While I really want to support Canadian companies, this was a total disaster and will never order from this company again.

I’m completely devastated, I missed these reviews, I looked into purchasing the four wheeler for my son for Christmas. I spent countless hours going over different companies. Were kids on wheels took the time to answer all my questions. Were there every single time I messaged after I purchased and sent them the money. I had zero communication on delivery. I had to constantly reach out finally it was delivered a few days before Christmas item came in wrong color and after numerous attempts with the phone calls emails and each chats and zero people reached back out we then decided we would have to keep that item to put it together and it’s defective. I’ve spent countless weeks sending emails phone calls and each chat with zero replies I spent $2000 on a Christmas present for my son and now I’m dealing with this. I wish I would’ve seen this platform before I would also like to start a class action lawsuit we are literally devastated.

Ordered a bike Nov.27th suppose to be shipped and received by Dec.5th. Still have yet to receive unit. Contacted the store through emails, phone calls & even contacted the shipping company. The store themselves sent a email saying they’ll look into it Dec.8th & haven’t heard back from them since. Extremely difficult to get a refund because apparently they don’t return phone calls or emails & are more than happy to steal your money. Do NOT trust this company. You will spend your money & wont see the product. Extremely disappointed.

Purchased a dirt bike and electric 4 wheeler on sept 8th of 2025.
The dirt bike showed up as promised. Here it is dec 15th and the 4 wheeler is no where to be found. Me and my wife have been contacting this company sense oct with no results. They are always to busy to help or send a generic email saying they will look into the matter and we never hear from them again with a resolution. Have now had to file a fraud case with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Absolutly ruined our christmas plans for are children. Scam company they take your money and run. Buyer beware.

How can i give 0 star? its now gping on 5 months and i havent heard anything of the blazer 110. Left voice mail, emails and messaged on the chat thing and all said they would get back to me....havent beard anything since july 10. Had a shipping open with day&ross the following week that was also canceled by the seller ..... was told to go see rcmp and start a case and contact my bank for fraud since no awnser has been received.....called the store in the picture and an indian guy awnsered and said they only sell in store......told him kids on wheels had his store adress and still days he only sell instore so i tried the kids on wheels nu ber again and it said that this number wasnt equipped to awnser calls....tried again and it just hangs up... ..

Looked up the store in the pictures online and he says he only sells in store but theres no pictures of any 4 wheelers in there

Edit: I will be filing a consumer complaint with the competition bureau of Canada - Buyer beware. I encourage others to do the same.

The company responded with a third tracking number which has one part of the full order and has shown shipping progress. Still no clear understanding of the second portion of the order after 10+ communications and also no explanation/justification of the experience. I apparently will get an update after the weekend on the second portion of my order. We will see what happens.
In response to my inquiries they issued an $80 refund from a different company name ‘Tera Power Sports’ - appears to be an associated company (on a 900 dollar purchase), and refused when I requested 25% due to their blatant disregard with false/misleading advertising they’ve refused to address properly based on numerous public reviews with the same issues.

Original: As with many other clients, customer service and shipping commitments are abysmal. I wish I had looked at these reviews first.
I ordered a ride on Oct 19th - was told it would arrive between 7-14 days. I received notification from Kids on Wheelz on Oct 23rd that a shipping number had been issued through Canpar which was in line with the 14 day timeline. On October 31st I received an email from Canpar stating a label had just been made for the shipment.
I sent an email same day to the company requesting a new expectation of arrival and clarification on what happened. This was for my sons birthday and the delay would impact celebration plans. November 3rd I sent a second request for a response.
Nov 4th they responded saying there was an error on their end, the item would be delivered on the weekend and that they had requested a new tracking number.
Nov 5th I still had received nothing. I emailed again and stated I was concerned on their commitment on receiving over the weekend since it was Wednesday already. I asked when I could expect the shipping.
Nov 6th I receive an email with a new tracking number, that again, the status is only the label has been created. I email requesting an update on what my expectation of delivery will be considering it would be near impossible to receive the product in the new timeline commitment they gave.
Nov 7th (today) I requested a response and asked why they would have committed to a shipment timeline that wasn't feasible.
Nov 7th @ 8:52 PM I receive a separate email that states the following
"Please note this shipment is coming from our USA Warehouse.
The tracking is provided when it passes the US border through BC that is when it will activate."

To say the least, I have no item or hope of seeing it at this point. Will update with any resolution, or action that is taken if the company does not step up to rectify the situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company
1st did not honour delivery date so my sons birthday gift was months late ( a year ago all these bad reviews were not apparent online, I did not know better) 2nd the customer service is horrible and non existent.
3rd when it did arrive it was the wrong atv and missing the helmet that took a struggle to contact someone over and another month to receive.
.. they begged for me to take down my bad reviews before and I did because I was over it and finally received everything. I still had warranty with them so didn’t want to be on bad terms.
Well only a month after ridding his atv it has fully stopped and it’s been crickets on their end for months. The warranty will not be honoured and it’s like the company has turned into a ghost and no one exists there.
To scan family’s for over $1500 is disgusting and they will go to hell. This isn’t a cheap item we are talking about. This is something we saved up for, for a very long time.

This company is a scam and anyone that says anything good about it is a paid of friend. How they haven’t been arrested and shut down is beyond me.
I will be contacting the business bureau.

after the class action initiative begins. Kids on Wheelz responded to everyone who reported their scam here they will deal with their complaint and a positive review showed up. I suspect it's a fake review posted by kids on Wheelz. Please update if any refund was processed.

SCAM site: Ordered a component for a toy that never showed up. They don't answer emails, or return phonecalls. Their business HQ address is a gas station and their physical location is a furniture store that is not associated with their "business". Do not order from this site, you will not receive your goods. This is a fake website. Reported to the BBB.

Scam company. Bought at $699 ride on. No communication no product. Steer clear.

Ordered a replacement battery for my daughter’s car (bought from different seller) over 4 months ago. No battery, won’t respond to emails. Totally was ripped off

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would give negative stars if possible. I placed an order 5months ago with a down payment. Wont answer any phone calls or emails. Brutal customer service. Wont give a refund even when the product never showed.

I ordered a gas powered 4 wheeler and a battery powered one for my granddaughter's 2nd and 7th birthday presents on 8/5.
I ordered from this company due to the timeframe delivery of 8/12 to 8/18 since the party was on 8/28.
I called them 10 times between 8/17 and 8/28 and still haven't received a call back. I have also emailed numerous times to no avail.
I got to attend the party with no gifts since I had paid over $1000 to them that I had saved.
I have now turned to my financial institution to try and recover my money so that I can still get them something nice.
I'm disturbed that any company can take a money like that from a grandmother that works 3 jobs.

It was suppose to arrive on July 22, I had to left a bad review to be able to finaly talk to someone they said they wanted to veriry with me that they send the right battery I give them all those informations and they were supose to ship the battery within the next day, we are now August 22 2025 and only the tracking number has been create nothing as been send super frustrating
We are now september 6 2025 and still nothing as been shipped, I just wanted a battery for my little boy wheels but this company is a complete scam with no service at all you need to leave a bad review for them to contact you they don't respond email of phone call never seen a company like that...

This company is a scam! They never delivered my order and wont respond to phone calls, emails or online chat. I purchased a product from them in July and never received my order. They said my order would be sent between July 25 - 31, I have not received a tracking number or any correspondence from the company.

Liars! Terrible car. Terrible customer service. No way of getting ahold of them

Terrible experience — order placed on July 10 and still nothing!

I placed my order on July 10 for an electric ride-on car, with delivery promised between July 17–23.
As of today, the order is still stuck in “preparation” status, and I haven’t received a tracking number, shipping update, or any communication at all.

I’ve sent three emails and called their number daily for over a week, but no one ever responds. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my child, and now the special day is almost here — and we still have nothing.

Based on other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with this company — customers not receiving their orders, getting ignored, and having to fight through the bank to get their money back.

⚠️ Avoid this store. Poor communication, no customer service, and no accountability. Absolutely disappointing.
