On January 3, 2026 we purchased a GIO Blazer 110cc Gas Atv online. The estimated arrival was 2 weeks. Our credit card was charged for this purchase on January 6th. I called at the end of January and got a person on the phone who said the quad would be here the week of February 5th. It did not arrive and since then I have called and left messages and no one returns my call. I emailed on February 26th and received a replay apologizing for the delay and that a ticket had been created and they would update me shortly. That is the last I have heard from them. I emailed them on March 4, 17th, April 7th, 15th, 21st and 23rd and again on May 6th. No response. I had let them know that I was reporting to the BBB. They did not respond to them either. Since then I have been emailing, calling and going on their chat. On the chat it said that our order has been fulfilled. It hasn’t. I have received no response again from the company. Worst transaction and business I have ever dealt with. Kidz on Wheelz, quad or refund now!!!

No update and the package is still not send a the last date it was suppose to be delivered

Order placed on June 11th, followed up 14 days later and response was the item is not fulfilled yet but will be shipped out after the weekend on Monday.

Called back again 10 days later to ask what has happened to the order because I have not received shipping notice. While I stayed on hold so they can figure out what is happening, I was disconnected on and no one made an attempt to call me back.

Very disappointed, we have been very patient waiting for this order and no one has reached out to communicate why it's taken almost a month for an order to ship out. And this is not a pre order item as I understand it is in stock.

Le 5 juillet j'ai du écrire un courriel car je n'avais aucune nouvelle et toujours rien reçu. Par magie le 6 juillet le colis a été transmis a un transporteur et un # de tracking m'a été envoyé.
Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise malheureusement.
EDIT: j'ai finalement reçu ma commande.
Mais au lieu de recevoir 2 moteur comme dans ma commande, j'ai reçu seulement 1.

I have ordered a can am 24v fourwheeler for my son on May 31 said it would be here June 5-11 never received any shipping information- contact them about it I was told I should get shipping on June 10 and should be there by June 12-16- never happen I have been emailing them with no response or help! It was for my son birthday gift very upsetting to say the least.

Terrible experience! Never wrote a review before, but taking the time for one. I ordered a Sedna12 on May 14th that was indicated as “In Stock” and arrived by May 20th-May 28th. So I placed an order and this was a gift to my son. 3 weeks later, absolutely no news, no calls from this company, no emails, items still not delivered or shipped. I contact them, all I get is, the item will arrive in a few days and be sent to you. June 8th still no email saying that item was sent. I contact them again via email, shortly after I get a message that the item was shipped and get a Canpar number for tracking. The company never responded to me. Now we are June 12th, Canpar hasn’t received the item from them yet. My son’s birthday has now passed and I wasn’t able to gift him his bike yet. Thanks to this awesome company!

At first I was confused that my credit card was charged before the item shipped. I was worried maybe it was a scam but my car did arrive and is great! Some assembly required but my son is so happy. Thank you

SCAM!!!!! NOT SAFE PRODUCT FOR CHILD!!! I would give no stars if I could. After the battery broke (was burning and created a gas smell so bad that when the gas company came they shut our gas metre off bc their reader was off the chart! The gas guy was shocked it was coming from a kids product. Lifted the seat and the battery was melting! I called and emailed several times and they just didn’t answer! Then i called from a new number and what do you know.. they answered! They said the battery is back ordered and they have ordered 100?! Why so many? Faulty product? They said that it’s taking a long time bc only two places in china make them and one had a fire (ironic!). Their website says office in Ontario but the guy said to my wife they have no office here so I can’t come by… there office is in British Columbia he said ?! It was all lies. He was rude and just like see ya later. I said I would write a bad review and he hung up on me. ORDER ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!! I see (now) all these other ppl saying their number was blocked and have had similar problems. Terrible people. Possibly dangerous product for kids and definitely ripping off kids!

I am very disappointed with my experience with this store. I ordered a birthday gift for my child, but the order did not arrive within the promised timeframe. The shipping process took an extremely long time, and I was unable to track any updates regarding the shipment or delivery.

I tried contacting customer service multiple times by phone and email, but for a long time I received no response. When I finally managed to get in touch with them, I was told that my order would be shipped on Tuesday. However, it was not actually shipped until Thursday, causing even more delays.

The lack of communication, inaccurate information, and poor customer support were extremely frustrating, especially since this was an important gift for my child’s birthday.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. Better communication, more transparency, and more reliable shipping are needed.

Was supposed to be delivered yesterday and still no reply from them as to where it is. This after contacting them 3 times.

I was sent the wrong colour Atv, I ordered for my daughter and took close to a month to receive.

this whole order has been a nightmare the communication with this company is awful i ordered a ride on toy. on May 3 it is now may 23 and i still have not received the toy . on top of it i need to go pick it up from Ottawa . which a cost for me again !

I paid for Xpress shipping, and Kids On Wheelz sent it via ground. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at the contact numbers listed. When you do talk to someone, and ask questions, instead of giving you answers, they tell you to just google it. I have yet to receive my order, but I am extremely disappointed at the customer service and ordering / shipping process.

We ordered our daughter a new e bike on April 25th. It has been almost a month and we finally received a tacking number that did not work. We were promised it would be delivered on Tuesday then Wednesday and again today. NOTHING IS COMING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A DISCOUNT. NEVER RECEIVED IT. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!

Their customer service is the worst. First, they lost my initial package and UPS said they never received the package from your warehouse. And then they promised to send me the order on express delivery so it could arrive before my baby’s birthday, but they again sent it through ground method which made the delivery so late . When I contacted them to cancel the order, they said it cannot be canceled now and they will send me return label once I receive and also waive off the restocking fee. It’s been three weeks now since O received that package , first of all they sent the wrong item ( I ordered white color and they sent me black ride on) . I am trying to contact them via calls and messages, but these people are mot answering. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
