SCAM! I never leave bad reviews however this has to be a scam. I placed an order months ago. Never had an email confirmation so I emailed and asked for a confirmation email along with when my order was due to be delivered. I did get a response however months have now gone by and my order has not shown. I have emailed many many many times and they have just ignored me and no refund has been given.

I wish I'd first read the bad reviews here before making a purchase from this site. I bought a 4 piece soft play set on July 1st this year for my boys birthday. I still haven't received it.
When contacting the company they told me they had some problems with delivery and they were behind on getting products out the door.
Weeks later I contacted again to find out where the order was. Again I received a reply, although now I think this may have been a well laid out AI email and not a real person. Eventually with weeks passing again I asked for the item to be cancelled and my money back. Nothing, no emails, no replies, suddenly the company is quiet. I've emailed weekly for a refund and will be doing so eventually weekly or daily if I have to.
Do not bother! I'm surprised the website is still allowed to be up and selling.

Avoid i never ever received my order and after numerous emails still no refund. Awful company.

Complete scam DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I ordered a playmat in July, after taking a while for it to be delivered I asked for a refund, initially they replied and are now ghosting me and I am now £20 down and have no play mat!!!!

They did a mistake with the address on my order, but it was resolved quickly.

Do not purchase from this company! I purchased 2 items and they arrived really late, so I had to purchase from another place, hoping I could return the items from kidshive. I have been waiting for a refund since April 2025. It’s now October 2025 6 months later and I’m still waiting and now being ghosted by the company! Avoid!

Stole my money! I trusted the site as it was linked to Shopify. Item wasn’t dispatched for ages, they replied to say they couldn’t stop it but to return. Item never came and they told me to wait a few times. It’s been 3 months and no refund and they no longer reply.

Do not trust this company. I bought a cleaning set which was meant to be wooden. I had no trouble ordering etc and delivery was okay. The object that arrived is the cheapest plastic toy I have ever laid my eyes on. The would reply to emails stating the were very sorry and would send a replacement but to no avail. I am still waiting and now I am getting nowhere.

Complete scam. I ordered some kids walkie talkies via the website. They never arrived, and after some initially helpful emails from customer support, they are now blanking me and I cannot get any response out of them.

SCAM ALERT. My experience was similar to another review that I've read.
Received an email saying it had shipped but it never arrived.
"Mary" wrote to say that items can be delayed so to give them more time. She also promised to send me tracking information.
I never got this despite two requests. I then wrote 4 weeks later and she said if it didn't arrive within the next 7 days I would receive a refund. It didn't arrive and I heard no more despite asking for a refund.
I have now asked my bank to recover the payment.
EDIT - My bank has now refunded my payment in full but had to jump through a number of hoops and persevere to get it.

They literally take your money and dont ship the items. I placed my order in June and I still dont have my orderThe website isnt functioning now. Please everyone raise chargebacks with your bank so your hard earned money can be claimed back from them this way. Taking advantage of parents buying for their children is disgusting

Stay away from this site, they lie about stock levels and their location. In fact, 6 weeks later, still no refund or product, they refuse to refund or explain anything. "It's in transit" they say, even trier own tracker confirms they are lying and it hasn't been dispatched. Anyway, why would you like to buy stuff for your children from a website that won't deliver anytime soon? I don't, if I need something, I need it this week. BTW still waiting for delivery feom 6th July 2025

It’s a scam website. I ordered from here and they pretended they had shipped when I chased a month later. After 2 replies saying it’s coming, they then went completely quiet and stopped communicating. At that point it became clear they were taking my money, weren’t going to refund and never actually shipped anything at all. Beware, it’s a scam site so don’t order from here!

These people are scammers! Mary wastes your time with pointless emails! Says you will get a refund then ignores you! This website needs to be reported! They are stealing peoples money!

My item never arrived, It took me around 7 weeks for the company to agree a refund, which never came through. They have now stopped responding to emails. Do not use.

DO NOT go near this company-ordered an item and it has never arrived.they don’t reply to emails total scammers and thieves .How they are still allowed to operate I’ll never know.

Do not order from this company! Ordered a kids toy in July for my grandson’s birthday. I cancelled the order within 2hours of placing it and requested a refund. I received an email from customer service Mary saying she was working on the refund but to bear with her. 10 weeks later no refund and no response from Mary. Fraudulent company.

I wish I’d read reviews before ordering from Kidshive. My order never arrived it’s been 2 months…
I have sent 3 emails requesting a refund. I heard back from them once and since then nothing - no refund!
I can only assume it’s a scam company.

Haven’t received product (a kids toy), no response to several emails sent to ask where my purchase is. Just pure theft of my money.

I am not one to put on reviews however this company is a disgrace! I ordered from these in June and it’s now the end of September, I’ve not received my order and after many emails some replies saying that the order is in transit. 5 weeks ago I received another email stating the same but, if it did not arrive within 7 days then they will refund me. I emailed back to request this refund 4 weeks ago and still no response. Really poor company, definitely stay clear from purchasing from this place.
