Wouldn’t even give 1 star, but you have to in order to write the review..

In short - ordered a dolls house, never arrived, contacted customer services to look into it - took over 2 months, a new one was sent out, a month later still never arrived!! Over a 3 month time period 20 emails were sent, 2 doll’s houses supposedly dispatched never to be seen, and refunds offered but not honoured.

Disgusting service, never received my item it has been over 6 months. My emails now get returned to me saying the email account does not exist

PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE! For my first time using this company I ordered a play mat. I had a message to say that the item had been delivered however I never received it so contacted them via email to inform them of the situation. I had a reasonably quick response to say that the item was out for delivery and would be with me soon and surely enough after a few days I received a parcel. When I opened it I found out that not only was it a completely different item, the quality was also very poor and I couldn’t find the item I received anywhere on their website. I made contact again to inform them about the problem only to be told continuously for the next 3 months that the original item was on its way. As I waited so long and my child outgrew the use for it I decided to cancel the item and asked for a refund. Again I was promised that it was all going through the appropriate processing and my refund would be with me soon. That was 6 months ago and I still haven’t received a refund or had any additional contact from their ‘customer service’. I don’t believe that I will ever receive a refund and I have given up caring but this whole experience has been frustrating to say the least. I wish I had done my research as it would have saved me a whole lot of trouble. Please do not waste your time and money on this company.

Ordered back in June. Still not received my order, replied to me once, now being ghosted!!!

I would avoid Kids hive at all costs !! Total scam, take your money say its dispatched but they never send the item. On querying the order they respond once to your email and say they will look into it, never respond and ignore all further emails.
I had to contact my bank fraud team to get my money back.

I ordered the item but it never arrived. I received an email saying it had been delivered. I contacted customer services who offered to look into it but they never got back to me. Contacted them again and they offered a refund which I requested then never heard from them again.
Advise not to buy from this site.

Terrible. Ordered something and got a complete different item. Still chasing a refund 4 months later. Awful.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER THEY NEVER SHIP YOUR ORDER OUT BEEN WAITING SINCE JULY

Order a gift for a friend grand child. Item never arrived. Contact customer service and someone named Mary got in touch. After 45 days of waiting and emailing back and forth, Mary offered me a choice of replacement or refunds. I choose for my money to be refunded because the tracking number was wrong as well as their phone number. She never been able to give me the correct tracking number. Also, Only one person named Mary will reply to emails from their customer service. Sometimes, the email bounce back, specially during weekends.
Also when i decided to read other people's review i realised that the majority has experienced the same issues as me.
Moreover, from the moment i requested a refund all communication has stopped. She never replied to my emails again and never paid my money back. It will be 4 months on the 3rd of November.

Fake company? Never received my order. 4 months chasing my refund. All replies have stopped. Mary in customer services was politely apologetic to begin with then vanished. I want my money back!

Same as other reviews. No item received, one email from ‘Mary’ and no response after initial email. Just avoid.

Do not use this website. Same story as most others here... ordered an item, didn't arrive. E-mailed and initially a quick response from Mary to say the item was on the way. Still didn't arrive, more false promises from Mary. I waited another month, still no item. Just about to e-mail 'Mary' which is when I decided to check Trustpilot and saw all these reviews.

I didn't bother e-mailing Mary again and went to my bank instead... but what do you know... my item still hasn't turned up.

Absolute scam, Mary doesn't exist, company is a sham.

They looted buyers
Took payment and never send the product
Shameless company

Do not use this company, would be my advice.
I ordered one item and received something much different which was broken.
I was promised a full refund and 5 months later, I'm still waiting.
My true review is zero stars but that isn't an option......

Scam of a company. Don’t waste your time this place. They will happily take your hard earned money and don’t deliver your item. My item doesnt allow me to track it correctly as my postcode is claimed to be incorrect. When I contacted these cowboys they said they would look into it. This was several weeks ago and still nothing. Ive emailed asking for a refund and been completely ignored.

They claim to be in the UK. But the website shows they are in HongKong. Shows how dishonest they are

Shop elsewhere!!!

Ordered a soft play mat for my grandsons 1st birthday party in plenty of time. Received a random poor quality item which was nothing like the item I ordered. So many false promises about resolving my issue. Huge let down.
Have tried for over 4 months for a refund. Keep receiving responses from ‘Mary’ about payment been sent then throw the blame back at me saying check with your bank !!
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.

Total scam website. I ordered a play table in July. I kept asking for tracking information, and was just given excuses by their advisor "Mary". Eventually they just ignored my emails. Thankfully, I raised the issue with my bank who have refunded me my money. I urge anyone who has ordered to do the same!

Awful experience with this company. Wish I had searched for reviews before I ordered as I experienced the exact same treatment as every other person that has left a bad review here. Placed an order nearly 4 months ago and still haven't received the item. Thankfully I paid through Revolut and they gave me a full refund almost immediately.
A complete scam website taking advantage of people. Horrible
