So far, everything has been smooth, delivery was super fast and the toy prices are great. I haven’t needed customer service yet, but the experience has been really positive.

Stay away from this site, they lie about stock levels and their location. In fact, 6 weeks later, still no refund or product, they refuse to refund or explain anything. "It's in transit" they say, eve... Leggi di più

Scam alert!

Mary from Kidshive told us that our parcel was in transit on 3rd July 2025 - yes 2025!!! It has not turned up and she refused a refund because she said it has been shipped out. She told us to wait for a week or two but it has been nearly a year and no refund, no items and website has been deleted. Scam artists!

Crooks

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Toys never arrived. Refund promised but never received. Bunch of Crooks

So far

Items never received. AVOID

Placed an order in June, never received the items. Have emailed several times, at first I was getting emails back to say there was a delay with delivery now I don’t get any emails back. No refunded given and no items received. Webpage doesn’t exist anymore.

Unbelievable

Unbelievable. Ordered a play mat in 10th July, have asked for a refund SEVERAL times, item never arrived and emails not being responded to. Emails now being returned as doesn't exist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Scam scam scam !!!

I ordered a baby play gym from this site at the end of June and it never arrived. They told me it was stuck in transit and when I later requested a refund, I never received one. The whole experience was horrible. I really wish I had checked reviews before making the purchase.
