A good solution to a long standing problem
First time didn't work, they immediate contacted me to advise to resubmit request. Resubmitted request, receive swipe in the mail a few days later.

They couldn’t understand who my property manager was after telling them 3 times. I had to get my property manager to sort it out. Incompetent.
