Leider hat es Inhaltsstoffe die mir gar nicht gefallen, uch wenn die Kevin Murphy Produkte sulfat, Parabenfrei sind!
Es ist beunruhigend wieviele schädlich und bedenklich sind, laut Codecheck und Hautschutzengel.de!!
Ich würde mir x-mal überlegen sie weiter zu verwenden! Mir wäre lieber, Murphy würde ein Produkt auf den Markt bringen ohne BHT, PEG, Mikroplastik, Disodium EDTA, Steareth usw., schädliche Inhaltsstoffe. Diese Stoffe sind eigentlich in der CH nicht erlaubt…weg mit dem Zeug! Meiden, der Umwelt zuliebe.
Sorry!! Eher für mich Täuschung an die Kunden, denn mit der Zeit beginnt die Kopfhaut zu jucken! So auch bei mir.

Good hair days
Have been using Kevin Murphy products for a long time and absolutely love them. My hair feels soft, and the coulour is kept in check by the shampoo and conditioner, it takes the yellow tinges out of my now very greying hair.

Plenty of choice
Plenty of choice, easy ordering and fantastic products for my hair. It now feels revived and thicker. Plumping Wash & Plumping Rinse was a great choice from my hairdresser.

Product ordered 9th January but still…
Product ordered 9th January but not still received. Apparently the delivery company could not find my address! I have not heard back from company after enquiring about it. I have had items before with no issues and normally I love their products but I am truly disappointed this time with nothing resolved yet it has been paid for

Poor customer service
Hello - I am done trying to reach them regarding my order that I still haven’t received for about a month. I still have not received my order and it’s been a frustrating experience trying to reach you. The courier service has been an even more frustrating experience as they seemed to have lost the parcel but don’t want to take accountability for that and been asking me to bounce back between you and them to get my product. The item was a Christmas gift and it has been such a disappointment ordering with you. You have totally ruined the experience for me.

Lovely range, highly recommend
Always use the Kevin Murphy Angel wash and rinse range then the Hydrate Me Masque which is leave on for a while after washing and conditioning my hair before rinsing off followed by the Young Again treatment oil on damp hair. I’ve recently had surgery on my head and wouldn’t use anything else as I know all the ingredients are natural and clean and they are the only products to tame my post menopausal dry and frizzy hair…love them ❤️

Gorgeous smelling products.
What brilliant customer service, I was unable to add my accumulated discount off and free gift on line for some reason so sent an email and Liddi sorted it straight away. What a lovely friendly efficient person shame more companies aren't like this. The products smell absolutely gorgeous, after washing & drying my hair I keep smelling it as it's so lovely.

Dislike of containers
I like the product Motion lotion and some other products (I have thick curly hair) but I really dislike the containers. All of them are hard to use, feel hard and it’s impossible to get the products out completely. I really wish the design was 100 % different and more user friendly.

Faulty aerosols let them down
Although I do like the products, which I generally buy either direct from my hairdresser or from Selfridges, it is beyond frustrating that time and time again the aerosols are faulty (Fresh Hair and Doo Over). I’m writing this tonight as I’ve just reached for a brand new Doo Over only to find, yet again, the aerosol doesn’t work so I’ve wasted my money. Sadly, I’ll be switching to a different brand from now on.

Have been using Kevin Murphy for a long time as it suits my hair and I love the smell. Usually buy Do Over and so far have had 3 aerosols that haven’t worked and they have all been replaced. This time I went for leave in conditioner and again aerosol didn’t work. Did usual rinsing out of cap and vigorous shaking but again doesn’t spray. Customer Service was eventually helpful and refunded me. Why can’t they get it right? Such a shame.
