Best product and excellent customer service
I've been shopping with Kevin Murphy for nearly two years and it's been a major revelation for me.
The Mega Murphy packs are brilliant value and the Plumping treatment does wonders for my fine and brittle hair. Plus it smells brilliant & expensive.
I had an issue with my latest order and Hannah from customer service team was all over it. Not only did she listen to what the issue was, she even offered a replacement which arrived within a day.
Can't recommend this brand and this retailer enough.
Bought in the UK.

I fell in love with Kevin Murphy products when I changed hair salon. I simply had to ask what shampoo had been used as my hair was so shiny and smelt wonderful. I ended up ordering myself some after purchasing the products from my salon and I’ve never looked back.

Lovely product
An initial glitch in the ordering process was dealt with speedily and efficiently. Delivery was prompt. The product is great - pleasant natural perfume. My hair feels good. I shall probably be ordering additional products in the range.

Fantastic shampoo/conditioner but in…
Fantastic shampoo/conditioner but in terrible packaging. Hard to open tops, impossible to get the shampoo/conditioner out. If you turn them upside down to drain they tip over, they also slip out of your hands and if they drop any distance the plastic is so brittle the whole container splits open. I have lost two lots of conditioner this way. In one instance the container slipped out of my hand and completely split in two when it hit the shower floor. Please put your wonderful products in better containers and dont put style over substance.

However, it sounds like our packaging has been a total knockout in the worst way possible. We are genuinely sorry to hear you’ve lost two bottles to the "brittle plastic blues." It’s heart-breaking to watch good product go down the drain (literally) because of a slippery or fragile bottle. If you drop us an email, we would be happy to offer you something as a gesture of good will.

Have used Kevin Murphy products for both myself and clients for years. Always amazing products and love their ethos and ingredients. Have just bought the heated defence and feel as a lightweight mousse it can be applied evenly and without weighing my hair down - not a massive fan of the smell of this product though.

We really appreciate your honest feedback. Scent is so personal, and while we aim for a signature "KEVIN.MURPHY" experience, we know it might not be everyone’s favorite note. Since you are a fan of our ingredients, you’ll be happy to know that the scent comes from a blend of essential oils designed to be as functional as they are fragrant, but we will certainly pass your thoughts along to our formulation team.
