Wonderful service, delivery and installation of new stove, fireplace, surround, slips and Esse range cooker.

We went to the shop in Edenbridge having identified the stove we wanted (we did some research online as to the best stove for us, noting that KHS was the local supplier). Having seen the model we wanted we made an appointment for someone to come round and check that the stove was appropriate, whether we needed a lining, ventilation etc.

The surveyor was polite, punctual and ran us through the options, wasn't pushy and didn't direct us towards more costly options and provided a quotation with in 24 hours.

The 2 guys who came 4 weeks later (once the stove had been shipped to KHS) were friendly, punctual and very helpful . Stove was put in with a minimum of fuss, all questions were answered and the lounge was left looking spotless. Couldn't fault any of it.

KHS have provided a helpful, efficient and professional service. Their staff are knowledgeable and guide you through the choices and decisions to make. They even returned at our request sometime after our stove installation to assist with a demo on servicing.

KHS were fantastic. We were recommended them and they didn't disappoint. They helped us design and then fit a stove for our conservatory that needed a flue and there was no chimney. Sam was always so helpful and able to give us just about the right amound of guidance that we weren't overwhelmed. I thoroughly trusted him and hope we will get them back to fit a second stove for our lounge this year.

Sam and Hayley at KHS have been excellent. Emails are answered promptly, and problems have been fixed quickly. Sam has provided an excellent quality service in providing and fitting our new ESSE cooker and Plus one Log burner. He and his team worked really tidily and it looks great. Any after sales issues have been sorted promptly. I am happy to recommend KHS as would happily use them again.
