This company is a bit pricey I would say but absolutely brilliant at what they do. At all stages they were very clear and knowledgeable about what was required. The initial service and inspection was brilliant. And customer service on arranging a quote and work date very good indeed! And the fitters who came to sort the fireplace were polite, professional and extremely tidy. They cleaned up everything and did a fantastic and efficient job. I would definitely use kent heating solutions again for all my fireplace repairs and maintenance!!

KHS has delivered exactly the right log burning stove for our home and we are delighted with it.
Sam carried out the site visit, answered our many questions and was very reassuring. The quote arrived the following day and was reasonably priced. When we visited the showroom with more questions, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The two men who installed the stove did an excellent job - they were friendly, efficient, hard working and very tidy. The stove looks great and works perfectly. KHS have exceeded our expectations and delivered excellent service throughout.

Fantastic service from everyone at Kent Heating Solutions. Sam and the team went out of their way to make the log burner we wanted, work in the space we had. They very kindly came out for multiple site visits to advise us and our builders and make sure everything was ready for installation day. We just love our new stove.

Dealing with KHS has been a pleasure from start to finish. They gave very good advice on which log burner to get and provided a competitive quote. We needed to get the flue installed quickly to fit in with our builder's schedule and KHS were extremely helpful and accommodating. From survey to install their staff were excellent. The fire looks great.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff at Kent Heating Solutions, we were given excellent information and help, with regard to our purchase of a wood burning stove, plus fitting to our property. All aspects of the installation were carried out to a high standard by their highly skilled fitters, and we are very satisfied with the results. Our home was left clean and tidy at the finish, and at all times the work was carried out, we thoroughly recommend this company.

Having contacted four different installers, I was extremely impressed with Sam's knowledge and his positive reaction to my wanting a Clearview stove, unlike several others who were not! I also visited the show room where I met Lucy, who once again was charming and full of knowledge. I felt that I would be in good hands if I went with them for my installation.
This proved to be correct.
Gary and his team arrived on time and quickly covered the whole room with dust sheets before getting on with their work. They were brilliant. Once again highly knowledgeable, very polite and true craftsmen. An issue with a narrow bend in the chimney was easily and quickly rectified. and without any fuss whatsoever.
I had to leave the house for a meeting before they finished and was slightly apprehensive about what I might find on my return. I need not have worried !
On my return I couldn't quite believe my eyes, because the house looked as though they had done a full spring clean, not only inside, but also outside in the drive as well ! Apart from the brand new stove, there was not a trace that they had ever been there. There was absolutely no sign of dust or dirt anywhere, and they had even re-hung my paintings - in all the right places. Quite unbelievable ! On top of that, I got a follow up from Richard to check that was happy with everything.
So the whole experience has been wonderful, and I have no problem in recommending them. Very well done.

Having contacted a few companies, some who charged to conduct a survey, and one who refused to even look at our small fireplace, we were thrilled when the survey was completed and a small enough log burner suggested and quoted for (space was tight!). The competitive quote allowed us to make the decision to go ahead, and then on the installation day, the team arrived on time and completed the work in a very tidy and quick way. Helpful advice given after installation completed and also a follow up to check we were satisfied. Would very much recommend for anyone considering having a log burner!

From start to finish our experience with KHS was excellent. The shop staff are very knowledgeable and our engineer/installer had a good work ethic. The quality of his work was first-rate and he cleaned up any mess he made.

KHS did an excellent job quoting and installing a wood burner. They committed to the estimated installation date; and the installers arrived on time and were respectful, courteous and made sure the area they worked in was clean and restored to how it was before they started. There was an issue with the stove fitting the space but the installer found a solution that enabled the work to be completed.

My whole experience with KHS was excellent from first enquiry to completed job. I literally couldn’t fault them. Administratively they were super-efficient and all those I dealt with in person were professional and friendly which makes a huge difference. The fitters were brilliant- covered all my furniture and floors and cleaned up behind themselves. They showed me how to use the log burner which was very helpful. Higly recommended.

We first used KHS about 6 years ago for our first log burner in our lounge, Sam gave us great advice, and they did an amazing job, therfore we had no hesitation returning to KHS when we were looking to have another log burner installed in our kitchen/dining area. This was a bit more challenging as we had no chimney, and the flu needed to go through our flat roof. As promised the installers arrived on the 14/12 despite the cold and snow, and started the installation, protecting our furnishings and floor, Joe & Chris did a fantastic job, clean & tidy, the fire looks amazing, we had the Termatech TT20 R streamline, It's always important to look at reviews, there will ne negatives there always are, you can't please everyone, but we can honestly say KHS has ben brilliant for us, and I would personally highly recommend them, the wait will be worth it..

In this day and age it’s great to see & use a company that looks after its customers.
The engineer’s arrived as stated, protecting my entire lounge with dust sheets. They worked very professionally, very high quality work.
Would totally recommend Kent Heating Solution’s.

KHS removed our old open fire and installed a new wood burning stove. They were prompt to come out and gave an accurate quote. Once we were happy with the quote we booked the work months in advance, and they stuck to the dates exactly which was nice. Quite a bit of work to do in two days but they managed it and left the place nice and tidy. Would def recommend

Great experience having our Log Burner fitted we had an open fire place anyway so it took just one morning to have it fitted . We had a quick chat on using the burner which was informative .They came on time covered all furniture to limit any mess ,so we are very pleased with the end result also had a follow up call to make sure we were Happy

From the initial site survey, to the final installation, Sam & Gary & the team provided a faultless service.

Sam offered sound & wise advice as to the best way to proceed with our project - removal of gas fire, opening up the chimney breast, installation of a limestone surround & logburner - & which products would be most suitable for our requirements. The quoted price was very competitive. He communicated & kept us informed & up to date at all times & could not have been more helpful answering our many questions .
Gary & his team did a great job carrying out the installation & opening up the fireplace, with a keen eye for the small details that make such a difference. The house was left clean & tidy after each visit.
