I do think as a company Kent Heating Solutions (“KHS”) has been good.

Sure, we had an issue with our first choice wood burner not fitting in the lounge room but for me I measure a company’s (or individual’s) worth etc by how they address issues or problems.

On this note, I could see the mistake was genuine and more importantly KHS were proactive about fixing the issue and making sure it all ended up as best as possible for us. For me this counts for a lot!

In fact it was our next door neighbours who recommended using KHS so we’ll need to thank them for the very good recommendation!!

We highly recommend KHS, they did an amazing job replacing our very old back boiler fire with a beautiful gas fire. There were many challenges along the way due to the old chimney structure but the guys overcome all of this to get the job done to a very high standard. The cost was very reasonable considering the work involved and the guys were very prompt, tidy and respectful. What more could you ask for. We are very happy customers! From start to finish it has been a real pleasure to deal with this company. The stove installation went without a hitch in spite of appalling weather and now we are enjoying the warmth from the new stove. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kent Heating Solutions.

The job required a number of changes to the fireplace and chimney as well installing the new stove. We were delighted with the overall project which was completed to time, at quoted cost and with superb quality. We were very pleased with the guys that carried out the building work and installation. Sam and his team are polite efficient and very knowledgeable from recommending on fires and sizes wright through to the install, there never seemed to be a problem they couldn’t fix. We are over the moon with our new stove and can’t recommend KHS enough.

Our house, since we moved in, has not been easy. Nothing has ever gone to plan. So when the guys arrived to fit the log burner I was expecting something to go wrong.

No matter what this house threw at them, the guys were able to get the log burner fitted; not only safely but to a very high standard. It looks amazing and that's before we even started using it. The guys were awesome and even came back the next day to finish off a few little bits. Great experience from start to finish, great quality work and a great product.

Just had our new Clock stove installed and cannot recommend these guys enough, from dealing with Richard, Lucy and Sam at their shop in Edenbridge and their helpful advice, we are so happy with everything. The 2 chaps who came round worked non stop and always tidied up before leaving for the day. It was supposed to take 2 days but unfortunately once they opened up the hole where the stove was going to be they discovered that some of the bricks in the chimney had completely crumbled and needed to be reinforced with new ones, which put them back a day, so a MASSIVE THANKS to them both and now everything is completely solid and we can’t wait to fire our stove up this winter. When spending over 5k on wood burner we were little apprehensive but the quality of work was excellent and the fitting team were professional and very tidy and so far we could not fault the company. Lucy in the office has been very helpful and swift to return any calls. I would recommend KHS if any of my friends require a new log burner fitted.

Rob and his team were pleasant to have in the house and did a great job without any fuss. This is my second wood burner from KHS and I would happily recommend them.

Excellent experience all the way through. We went through a good choice of stoves and discussed practicalities (ventilation etc) so things were clear. Installation was scheduled and happened exactly as planned with a polite, friendly and professional installation team.
