You have a 15-day period from the date of delivery to make an exchange, no questions asked. Only 1 exchange per customer, per household. Factory Fresh, Floor Samples, and/or Outlet Items do not apply. Sales under $999 do not apply.
We will pick up the returned items at our earliest availability and will provide a loaner piece until the new selection arrives (customers may not keep the returned items as a loaner until the new piece arrives).

Loved our experience at Kensington! We needed furniture for our new house and we found everything we needed. Dave was great! He helped us with everything we needed and had answers for all of our questions! Would 10/10 recommend!

Great experience
Brenda and My Michele were both so helpful without being pushy. Both are very knowledgeable and made my husband and myself feel comfortable with making such an important purchase. We thought we were going to buy a loving room set from another furniture store, but the amount of choices in colors and styles sold us on Kensington.

Matt was wonderful
Matt was wonderful. He kept on touch but we ended up going back on a day he was off. A really nice and patient woman helped us today with all of our final decisions. Still waiting for the process to be complete, but so far so good.
