You have a 15-day period from the date of delivery to make an exchange, no questions asked. Only 1 exchange per customer, per household. Factory Fresh, Floor Samples, and/or Outlet Items do not apply. Sales under $999 do not apply.
We will pick up the returned items at our earliest availability and will provide a loaner piece until the new selection arrives (customers may not keep the returned items as a loaner until the new piece arrives).

I Prefer To Browse...
I prefer to browse, and will generally explain that to whoever nabs me, but Matt won me over for some reason. I told him the two pieces I was interested in. We got nowhere with one item, and I believe I spotted the prefect second item while on our search. I was not in the store for 1/2 an hour and made an amazing purchase.
