Shipping too expensive
Shipping too expensive. Did not need Fedex (non-union and terrible to their employees) 2-day delivery.
I bought the add-on weights (2.5 and 5 lb) for cable machine. The spacing on the 2.5 lb weights was too narrow to get them on my machine. The 5 lb weights were OK in that regard. The spacing should be the same on both.
Good interaction with your sales staff, which answered my questions promptly.

Our Fedex 2 day is the cheapest and quickest way for us to ship packages. Believe it or not UPS ground Residential shipping would've cost $6.50 more than the Fedex Option, maybe for the same reasons you mentioned. We just know that the people we work with are professional and hard working people and provide a service for a cost.
All shipping costs have gone up in the last year. In order to keep costs low throughout our site, we sell our products at their true market value and we also charge the true cost of the shipping service, rather than rolling the cost into the product.
Regarding the weights you did order, these weights have a slot opening of 1-1/8" with a +/- 1/32" tolerance, which I was able to verify with a caliper. These weights fit on MOST machines with 1 inch or less guide rods. However, machines can vary depending on the manufacturer.

The knurl/grip on four of the six handle sleeves was consistent, but the other two the knurl/grip was much more pronounced. The price for shipping was almost half the cost of the merchandise.

I have ordered the dumbbell sleeves 2…
I have ordered the dumbbell sleeves 2 separate times; each time sets of 4. The 1st order, I am very happy with. The 2nd set of 4, I am not happy with. The 1st set were all uniform in length, etc,, the 2nd set were not, 1 dumbbell sleeve was longer than the others. I am considering ordering 4 more, but I am hesitant to do so based on the last order I received. Thank you for letting me give feedback.
