Thank you for taking the time to submit a review.
We did send you a wrong item initially which we promptly tried to correct by sending you a replacement of this part. We did verify it was different from the original part when we sent it out.

We'd love another chance to get it right, so please let us know in what capacity this new part does not work and we'll do our best to rectify it. We could verify some serial numbers with your machine or help you troubleshoot any problems you may have.

I ordered 3 sets of pedals…

I ordered 3 sets of pedals (kamway dot com/collections/pedals-1/products/pedal-with-adjustable-strap-9-16-pair) and have tried them out on my recumbent trikes. So far I'm loving them. I did remove all the extra counterweights to save almost a pound between the pedals, as I don't need them to stay in the upright position all the time. Shipping was quick and painless. So far, so good.

I have worked with Kamparts for over 30 years. They have always been the best in the business regarding parts.
They now have acquired a company that exclusively repairs most commercial fitness equipment parts
