I ordered these on November 21st received them December 21st they were nothing like the pictures at all. Frosted glass about the size of a regular light bulb. And I've been trying to return them ever since the 21st now I'm told I need to send them to a address in China and pay for the shipping and the customs charges. This is an absolute total scam stay away from this company and these lanterns they are not lanterns they are lights in a frosted globe.

I ordered directly from the website, not a third party. I would rate the solar lanterns with a negative rating if the system allowed. Their counter statements for terrible reviews are complete fabrications. They are small, made with plastic lenses and the flame is not realistic. Do not order these based on the pictures nor the website descriptions.

We have been waiting for over two months and the solar lanterns still haven't arrived. They will not give us our money back and just seem to be stalling. We are now putting in a number of complaints to different government agencies.

Waste of money. Not at all like the pictures/videos depict. Much smaller than pictures indicate. All plastic. The “glass” is cloudy, not transparent and the “flame” doesn’t look like a real flame. In addition, shipping is very slow; takes almost a month to receive.

This company is a scam! I ordered what I thought were beautiful large outdoor lanterns with glass based on their advertising and pictures, and instead I received cheap plastic small lanterns that fit in the palm of my hand. I let them know and told them they were falsely advertising and I got some BS excuse about why the pictures look different than what I got. The process of trying to get a refund is atrocious. It is over 3 months and still no refund even though I returned the items promptly and per their instructions. I get the same BS excuse email when I contact them that says my refund is inn process and thank you for my patience. By the way, they make you pay for return shipping and there is no return label that they provide. NEVER buy anything from this company!

1 star rating is too high of a rating, but you have to give a rating before I could move on to this section. I ordered a lamp during a BOGO promotion. The order was never received until I disputed the charge on my credit then and only then was the ordered received, however only one lamp was received. And they charged my card again without my authorization. I’m not usually this stupid of a buyer, weeks after the purchase I realized they never provided an actual receipt for the purchase. You can’t track the package with the link they provide. The item isn’t at all what they advertise. It’s a complete scam. The item is still sitting in the package not even worth taking it out. It’s like a little children’s lamp for $120.00. Their IG page has nothing posted on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! You will be disappointed. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. Worst shopping experience ever.

All bad, long delivery time, more than a month, bait and switch, tiny, cheap plastic lanterns not large glass lanterns like advertised. Flooded with ads after purchase. Never buy from this company.

false advertising, overpriced and gunk, don't buy!!

I have to agree with all the bad reviews. I first purchased the lanterns on INSTAGRAM. Received the shipment that wasn’t anything close to the ones on their website.
I then saw another post that said if you received the small, cheap plastic ones “you have been scammed “
So I ordered from them and I WAS SCAMMED AGAIN.

DON’T BUY FROM HERE! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The product I received did not match the images shown online, and I was originally told that my return postage would be covered. However, after I sent the item back (at a cost of £23), I was informed that they do not cover postage. Avoid!

Shockingly poor quality products.
Do NOT be sucked in by their advertising.
The products look nothing like what's advertised.
The solar lights are 100% plastic with cheap opaque plastic, not see through glass as advertised and are about a third of the size advertised.
Zero level of customer service, other that to suggest I could return the shoddy items to China!!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I wished I had read the reviews before I placed an order. I have the same issues as everyone else. I ordered the buy 4 and get 4 free - I received only 1 - it only took 6 weeks to receive from China - not Texas as advertised. The picture is very deceptive. The lantern fits in the palm of my hand and is made of opaque plastic. Very disappointed! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is bogus!

Never received their item and have emailed there customer service more than 10 times and they keep telling me the same thing to check with my neighbors. Horrible customer service

I emailed the company but when the reply came back , my email provider said-DO NOT OPEN. REPLY CONTAINS A VIRUS.
I tried to contact the 3rd party pay vendor WHOP who processed the payment after they emailed asking to review Kaliqo
But the review couldn't be done and I have been unsuccessful contacting them.
If I ever receive what I ordered I will certainly amend this review. Until then- do NOT order

Long delivery time, over 3 weeks, and not able to track, yet they bombard me with emails to buy more. No chance! Reviews of product worry me.

Thoroughly disappointed with my purchase not as advertised nothing like the picture … money back guarantee , when tried to return was told I had to cover shipping back to China , on their website it CA USA ….sent screenshots of their refund policy on their website and was told it’s changed now sorry for the confusion!!
Thought I had done my homework with this company !! Wish I had saw these reviews ….. DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They lie from beginning to end. First, they say there is a money-back guarantee and show a California return address. This is not true. Even though that is what is on their website, they say that address is no longer functional and I must return them to China. And the lanterns don't look ANYTHING like the pictures, which have them large and quality looking. Also, it took 6 weeks to get my product. 6 weeks. An absolute sham. Why can these places even exist? Do NOT ever buy from Instagram.

These are MUCH smaller than shown and made of very cheap materials.

A total scam! Does not resemble product shown. Very tiny cheap plastic light. Took two months for delivery. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company!!! Sure wish I would have seen these reviews on Trustpilot before ordering this trash from china.
