From the pictures I imagined that the beads would be alot bigger than they turned out to be. I saw them as pea sized but they were not. As a result it looks more feminine and the wrist circumstance, although I got the largest would have been a lot better for me if it was bigger. The cord/string that the stones/beans are threaded on dies not seem to be strong which dies not inspire confidence in its longevity. I feel that I paid to much for this item.

The photos on our website are true pictures of the actual products. We also have photos with the products worn to give a more precise visual of the size and look.
We use a high-resistance elastic string to reduce the chance of it wearing out. It is high-quality and really the best we can find. Can you please advise what is the problem you are facing with the string?
If you don't like the product or don't want to keep it for any reason, you may return it for a refund. The returns process is very straightforward and hassle-free.
It is quite disappointing to see that you rated with 1-star on a service review, especially since we cannot really understand at which point our service failed you..?
We would appreciate it if you re-consider your rating
