Great prices, online descriptions can be confusing.
Great prices and able to order online. Lost a star for confusing web descriptions “loose” v “bulk bags” One chooses bulk bags but in basket the description is “loose” no problem clarifying with branch though.
Also feel delivery charge should be waived at a certain price point.
Otherwise cannot fault service

5 star company
My go-to company for wood when needed. I order online from their site which is very easy to navigate, pay for it and my son picks it up for me. Good, quality wood and very reasonable prices. They let you know what's happening with your order every stage of the way. I've never had a problem with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Easy online shopping experience. Good communication on expected delviery date once order placed, and then confirmed on day of delivery. Delivery driver placed goods in as convenient a place as possible. Would definitely use again.

It was easy to use their website and their delivery was great. Even delivered on a bank holiday, which I didn’t expect. The driver asked where we wanted the delivery and put it where we wanted it. Great customer service.

Quality delivery
Had the same delivery driver on my last 2 orders and he has been excellent. Our street can be tight with parked cars and we've had some issues with other suppliers refusing to deliver but he made it look easy. Really helpful in leaving the pallets and heavy bags exactly where we wanted them so we could still get the car in/out the driveway.
