As a first time buyer and new to the entire process, I was a little overwhelmed but on speaking with Joy (mortgage adviser), she immediately put me at ease. I really can't thank her enough for taking me through the process and being on my case to ensure all the paperwork required for my mortgage application was intact.
Joy was always on time and very quick and efficient in putting everything together. Her efficiency saved me from having a higher interest rate as the it went up the next day.
