First Home
Me and my partner are in the process of purchasing our first home, we contacted Just Mortgages for some help and support during the process as we didn’t even know where to start. Ryan was appointed as our advisor who we had one video call with which was a brief overview and very helpful. Ryan was suppose to help us every step of the way HOWEVER after multiple emails to Ryan and no response i found he had actually left Just Mortgages and moved my information over to Martyn Bailey to continue with the purchase which is great, BUT Martyn has made no contact with me whats so ever, i have emailed and called multiple times, promises of a call back from Martyn that never comes! Now Im left feeling lost and confused on the next steps to continue with my purchase. Very disappointed
