Was told she can help assist with our mortgage but was sent an abrupt email to say she can no longer help without any explanation provided. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time. Wasted three months and constant back and forth.

First, I would like to start by apologising for my late review - it's always difficult to make good reviews and easy to complain... and I rarely leave the reviews. Still, Terrasa Dower impressed me every time along the journey of buying our first property.

We were slightly unlucky with our process, and our initial mortgage offer ran out (of course, that's not a fault on the advisor's side, our solicitor experience from the buyer and seller side was terrible, but that's time for another one). Terrasa was always there to help us and tried to do everything to extend + help us with the new one after the first one expired. She was always patient and explained everything to us that's happening and was helping us a lot with the completion (which was quite difficult to say...). She was going well beyond her initial responsibilities.

Apart from her professionalism and giving her best all the time, she was always energetic and highly approachable.

Truly remarkable service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Terrasa! Thanks, for all of your efforts and your help along the way.
