Barbara always gives exceptional service and advice. She is knowledgeable and is always friendly, caring and approachable. Above all she is a consummate professional and always gives honest advice combined with her attention to detail this has always been a great comfort to me when dealing with my mortgage. I have the utmost confidence recommending Barbara as I know that she has always handled my affairs with the best of her abilities and has always provided exceptional customer service and professionalism when doing so.

Barbara is amazing!
Barbara is amazing and has been incredible throughout the process of buying our first home. She helped us scope out what we could afford, explained everything we needed to know and had neverending patience to answer all our questions! She helped chase papers that were delayed, liaised with our bank, estate agents and solicitors, and was just generally brilliant. We couldn't recommend her enough!

Reliable Service from Barbara O’Brien
Barbara provided me with prompt, thorough and reliable advice throughout my remortgage process. Barbara was always available and attentive to all my phone calls and would reply to my emails instantly. After having gone to various Mortgage Brokers, Barbara was the only one who was able to find me the best options.

Incredibly professional and friendly
Barbara acted as my Mortgage Advisor when buying my first property and made the process so smooth and easy. She was such a great support and talked me through everything in detail and was always available if I had any queries. There were a number of delays from the sellers side and Barbara did everything she could to chase up my solicitor and make sure I was kept updated through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Barbara and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again if I was to move house.

Exemplary experience and empathy, I can’t recommend Barbara enough
Barbara first helped me three years ago to take out my first ever solo mortgage following my divorce. She made me feel safe with her incredible ability to mix professionalism with empathy. I have just remortgaged and Barbara was brilliant this time too. I was kept up to date every step of the way, and it was effortless on my part. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.
