The service from here is brilliant. Jas dealt with our order and bless her, so patient and knowledgeable. She accommodated every query, change and request until we were happy. There is no forceful over selling. If you want the product have it - if you don't, there is no pressure or guilt. They have a great range, for any budget, from designer brands to affordable budgets. Defo recommend.

High quality luxury kitchen and bathroom!
First we went with wren kitchen, then my friend recommended them and said they ARE THE BEST, Family business been trading for so long, they have the best german brands! We had 3 bathrooms and a kitchen for our dream house and made it more dreamy! This is the first time I have written a review online, but I felt junction 2 interiors deserved one.
My wife and where kitting out 4 bathrooms and the thought of doing this was daunting.
We were new to it all and where struggling to find a good selection of quality stuff in one place to be able to look at. I found junction 2 online and went into there show room.
There place is vast and we where shown around with no pressure. We ended up dealing with Raj and the service he provided was faultless, from the very start to finish.
on one occasion we found we needed to alter a mirror size, I called and Raj was out, but spoke to Jay and he amended our order and within moments called me back to say everything was sorted.
Junction 2 are miles better that using online only stores to save a pound here and there to find it arrives damaged and incorrect.
A pleasure to deal with and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Visited Junction 2 as we were having a complete bathroom refit. They have plenty of choice from modern to traditional. We gave our bathroom measurements and a design was created, we returned a couple of times while we were making our final choices, we were assisted by Gurps, who is very knowledgeable of the products and gave very good advice and was also extremely patient, spending lots of time with us ensuring we got it right.
I would recommend Junction 2 for choice and excellent customer service.

Exceptional from start to finish. The team are highly expert in their knowledge. They are friendly and patient. We had a number of issues come up whilst our bathroom was being renovated. Junction 2 was understanding and helped us as much as they could. They were happy to help our builders by giving them insightful suggestions on how best to install the items we had bought.

Chris at Junction 2 was very helpful guiding us on the selection of furniture for a bathroom, shower, toilet & sink, plus a separate shower room, toilet & sink. He understood our needs and budget and unlike other showrooms we visited did not apply any pressure or time waste. Some wall tiles were broken on delivery and after installation the two wall mirrors faulty making a constant annoying noise. Both problems sorted quickly without fuss.

I purchased a showroom bathroom suite from Junction2 in July last year , super friendly Staff and Bill did me a great deal on it. I had a problem with the toilet seat though, the screws had come loose, and eventually pulled out completely. I contacted Juntion2 and spoke to Raj he advised me to send a photo to him and he would contact there supplier to see if there was anything they could do, even though i have had it for nearly 12 months. I am pleased to say that i have received a brand new toilet seat delivered directly to my house. I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Juntion2 for there excellent after sales service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be looking for anything Bathroom related

Very misleading website. Says items are in stock or available for named delivery times when they are not. Very slow to respond to queries and even slower to refund.
